Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Old town Cozy Villa in the heart of Antalya

My house is an old town house with 2 floors for up to 5 people with its 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 garden and 1 terrace. So you can feel at home with family and friends. In the house you can find everything you need. You can reach the upstairs bedroom from the stairs in the garden. I designed the house myself. It has a historical look with rustic wood and comfortable and cosy beds. There are air conditions in both bedrooms and living room with hot and cold options.

Boutique hotel with a heat pool

A unique boutique hotel is a detached villa with three separate units, accommodating up to 15 people. There are 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 outside showers, 3 living rooms with three kitchens. The villa has a huge heated swimming pool, where you can swim all year round. The location has all the necessary infrastructure: shops, cafes, a market, children's playgrounds, etc. Breakfast can be included. A car for rent can be provided. You will fall in love with this place and want to come back!
