Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Hadrian’s Gate / Old Town

Historical and Luxury House in the Old Town. The location of the house is in the old town and very close to Hadrian's gate. The house gives you the opportunity to experience historical places and luxury at the same time. There are markets, supermarkets, bus and tram stations, beach,restaurants, museums, bars, night clubs, shopping malls and shops near the house. The distance between the house and the airport is 14 km. From the airport to the house, you can take a taxi, tram and VIP transfer.

The roof terrace is over 100 sqm. On the entry level there is a private salt water pool for relaxing. There are also two Weber grills available, one on the rooftop terrace and one by the patio by the pool where you can gather with your loved ones and enjoy delicious meals together.

Villa Yalı is located in Sısla, Kaş. Kaş is located 10 km from the center. Our villa was built in 2023 and will welcome your esteemed guests for the first time this year. Inside the lush nature, you will be able to comfortably relieve the tiredness of the whole year in our villa, which is in a position where there is no noise that will disturb you. It is very suitable for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and its capacity is limited to 7 people
