A quiet place 10 minutes walk to the sea. There are some disadvantages compared to the facilities zero to the sea. We went in the secluded season. Sun loungers may be a problem in the high season. The number of sun loungers is limited. Do you better take your own chairs and umbrellas with you? Family facility, caring and clean. A beautiful place surrounded by greenery. There was no dinner. We already stayed in a self-catering bungalow. Can dinner be important for rooms without a kitchen?? We loved it, but everyone's experience and expectations may be different..

Lovely room, clean, heated and lots of windows that can open. Very friendly staff from the restaurant who always greet you and keep the door open in front of you. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to swim in the pool:(. Perfect location in the middle of the city!!

Nurcan’s place was fantastic! She was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. It’s in a lively neighborhood and close to many fantastic bars and restaurants. Although it wasn’t a problem for us, there is a lively cafe next door playing music later into the evenings which you can hear from the room. We actually spent an evening grabbing a drink and a bite to eat there.

The place was functional, the garden, especially the upper part and the breakfast terrace beautifully designed. Breakfast was delicious and there was also something suitable for our children. Good, simple and friendly accommodation for travelers who do not want to sit in the pool all day, but are out and about and occasionally want a place to rest, friendly animals and lots of fruit included. Only our bungalow smelled a little.

Living in a paradise garden. Fruits off the trees. Super nice all-round supply. Very good breakfast. Good error management in case of criticism for cleanliness and leaking in the bathroom. Beautiful location on the edge of the mountain and forest. Still a good walk to the beach and to the village (10 minutes each). Mevlüt speaks German very well, otherwise the communication with English is great.

It has a great location near the beach and nice restaurants around. Next time I would like to stay more days because it’s definitely worth it. Btw, the room was extremely clean 😍 and lovely decorated. I’m so happy I chose this place for spending my days in Alanya!

Thanks very much to the entire team. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and made everything possible to make you feel completely comfortable. The property is about 10min from the "more touristy area". But what I found very pleasant. Restaurants and supermarket are right around the corner. I can highly recommend the accommodation.

The bathroom smelled dirty and we had trouble with the towel. Other than that, I found the price well in terms of performance. I'd love to stay again

Ünal is a great host. The room is very cozy. The sheets were fresh and the location is unbeatable. Maybe the bathroom is old but definitely the room for its price is worth it

Very good location, historical center, nice streets, yet quite quiet. The host responds politely and quickly to all questions. Although the room is not very expensive, it is still quite clean and cozy. It has everything you need and nothing superfluous. There is music on the ground floor in the evenings, but not until late, you can sleep peacefully. Overall, I recommend it!
