Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ann Arbor

Excellent place, very well equipped with everything needed, great kitchen, and much larger than it looks on the inside. The area is good, it's very quiet but within minutes to shopping, highways, and everything.

Spacious home with everything as described. We enjoyed our week-long stay and especially loved the hot tub and the kitchen!

The house was just like the pictures. It was clean and had all the amenities listed. It was a nice place to exchange holiday gifts with our adult children. The location was great. We were near great restaurants in Ferndale and Royal Oak. The fenced in backyard is a bonus if you have a dog. We will definitely look at staying here again on our next visit.

Alex’s place was a great stay. The home was clean and well appointed. It is on a main road but it’s set back and I didn’t hear any noise. Good location if you have business in the Troy, Rochester area. Plenty of dining and DoorDash options. I do think the price is a bit high for the location and the non-working fireplace which was disappointing to discover. That being said, I will 100% try to stay here again when I’m back in Michigan.

Great experience. My husband rented the home for a week while working on a city project in Amherstburg. 7 men stayed at the home and they loved it. Very relaxing after a hard days work. This place was amazing for our small group. The hot tub and entertainment garage were perfect for winding down after we attended a show at Royal Oak Music Theatre. The location was close to many amenities, and anything you needed was within a 10-minute drive at most. The host, Sarita, was responsive in every way. The house was clean, welcoming, and felt very cozy! My friends and I thought we were in our own personal "spa" while we lounged in our robes. This place has been added to our favorites, and we will be back! Thanks again, Sarita!

I had a great stay at Ro and Oksana's apartment. Despite temps below 0F, the unit was easily kept warm with the supplemental heaters turned on before I arrived. Great location for my work just west of Ann Arbor and minutes from my daily coffee stop (Dozer). The apartment was comfortable, and well maintained. Will plan to stay again.

A very nice and clean up-to-date space with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and plenty of extras including towels, paper goods, even some handy snacks. Kathleen was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and we expect to return for a future visit.

Alpha is wonderful! This is the cleanest AirBnB I have ever stayed in. The beds were comfy, and Laura was very responsive and welcoming. We really appreciated the extra touches like the snacks and light breakfast. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I were looking for accommodation close to my best friend's wedding venue and home when we discovered Michael and Patti's rental. The place was easy to find, comfortable, and they were wonderful hosts. The mornings were beautiful and peaceful, filled with the sounds of birds. I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Annie's place was perfect for a weekend trip to Ann Arbor. It was clean and cozy, and it was very easy to get into downtown Ann Arbor by car (just 5-10 minutes!). Annie was super friendly and accommodating, too. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Gorgeous place. Beautiful furnishings, high-end appliances and luxury touches. Space was very comfortable and spacious for my family of 4. Location was convenient and having a garage parking spot was a bonus. We didn’t come for a sporting event but I can see how the location would be ideal for one of the many in the area.

Always a great stay at Cynthia’s! She’s very responsive and her place was clean and was the perfect location. Definitely will be staying here next time I’m in town!

This is the best AIRBNB I’ve ever stayed in for the price in Detroit. It only has ONE drawback, the place doesn’t have any parking. There’s a vacant lot next door but it isn’t designed for parking. We parked there at our own risk.

We enjoyed our short stay and Michelle was beyond accommodating!!! Responsive and just care were superb. I really appreciate for coming in clutch for us.

Peter’s place was perfect for us attending the football game. Close to the stadium and downtown Ann Harbor. His place was clean and well maintained. Only suggestion would be better beds but we would definitely stay there again .
