Great stay! The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. The caretaker is very helpful and kind Parul's husband is a doctor and gave us a consultation when one of us got sick. She also gave us lots of recommendations I would highly recommend staying here!

Karan has been the most gracious and hospitable host. We checked in very late at night and he was there to receive us which was greatly appreciated. The property is beautiful, neat and clean with amenities very thoughtfully provided for. We had the most wonderful visit and will definitely go back again.

The place was clean and is close to beach and restaurants. Owner and host were very friendly and responsive. would recommend to folks who are looking for a calm and quiet place. Only point was we were not aware of another pet on property. This did not create any issue for us in general though. All things aside it was a pleasant stay with space to enjoy with your pet or family

We were there for 2 months. Exceptional host. Great communication. There was a problem with the fridge, he bought a brand new one. We mentioned the bed was quite hard, he bought us a brand new mattress topper. The WiFi was weak in the bedroom, he got new separate hub installed. He provided washing liquid for machine. He organised taxi pick up from airport and agreed very early check in. The place was cleaned regularly.

Had a really nice time staying here. AirBnB was fairly spacious and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Antara was also an amazing host and exceeded our expectations in making sure we had everything necessary while staying with her. She was very friendly and responsive our entire trip. I would highly recommend staying here whether you're a international or local guest.

Juvenal’s place was super nice! The old-fashioned Portuguese furniture and construction was a delight to experience. It is super close to Arambol beach, just a 10 min walk. There are loads of shops and such around as well. Juvenal has provided all the amenities we could ask for - soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, loads of extra towels. All in all, it was amazing! Just one heads up for all future guests - it does get pretty loud due to the surrounding area, so bring some ear plugs for the night!

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

A friend and I stayed for four nights at Karl's wonderful house near Cansaulim beach. The family was very warm and welcoming, the room was super fresh and the area was incredibly calm and beautiful. Warmly recommend staying here!

My first time using Airbnb & I don't regret it at all. The place was exactly as described and as shown in images. It's perfect if you're looking for a place to relax and chill without travelling too much. Beach & the supermarket are just opposite. Wine shop right next to the house. A few steps away you have a juice and snacks centre. Clifford who's the shop owner next to the house was really kind and helpful. And Mr. Marshal who coordinated the whole check in etc. too was kind, helpful. He made the check in & out and the entire stay seamless.
