House vacation rentals in Andover

Me and my family had an awesome stay. The house was great with lots of space and places to sleep. We were 8 ppl and there was more than enough room. Garage/game room was awesome I just wish it was insulated with some heat we had to wear our coats to be comfortable, of course the weather was 26F so it was expected. The rest of the house was warm and cozy. I would love to rent this same house in the summer it must be amazing with the view of the lake. One more thing is although there are 2 bathrooms its more like 1 because the second bathroom upstairs has a little door that leads to the room with the 4 beds so the other people not staying in that room didn’t use that bathroom to not get walked in on unexpectedly. Overall I still gave this place 5 stars and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed and the host is very responsive and accommodating.

I sent a text with a small question we had and Brian answered it with in minutes with perfect information. The house was great and easy to find. We had a great weekend

Had a great stay for our Waterville ski weekend. Jacob was very welcoming and responsive. Location very convenient to the mountain. Comfy family room to relax in after a day on the slopes with the gas fireplace!

This was such a nice space for a large group. Plenty of options for accomodating everyone in sleeping spaces and even quiet places. Really lovely home!

Michael was fantastic with responding quickly, this home was beautiful & is a great location if you're looking to visit the white mountains! my friends & I had a great stay, we would definitely book again!

Host was friendly and helpful. House is located in an area close to a great grocery store and lots of shopping. It,s also not far from the mountains for those who want to leaf peep in the fall. The house is cozy and has everything you could want, just have to bring yourselves.

We had a great stay in Keene. Ruth is a fantastic hostess. Her house is just close enough to Main Street to keep it a walkable distance to multiple restaurants and shopping. The house is a nice cozy spot that was big to accommodate my whole family meeting up for a fun winter weekend in Keene. I would stay there again without hesitation

This was the third time our family used Tim's house. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to be there! It's a good sized house with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and (new) hot tub are SO relaxing! The beds are comfortable, and this year we took advantage of the fireplace, which added a new level of relaxation. Once we arrive, we stay put! If you are looking for a GREAT place to step out of the world for a bit, THIS is the place to be!

We had an amazing family ski weekend at this house! With four young children, finding a place that accommodates everyone can be challenging, but this house was perfect. It had two cribs, which was a huge bonus for us. The open floor plan made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying time together as a family. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes, and there was plenty of space for our entire group to spread out and feel comfortable. The location was also fantastic—just a short drive to Mount Sunapee, making it so easy to hit the slopes. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our weekend getaway!

What an absolutely amazing place. Pictures actually don’t do this place justice especially in the winter with the snow oh my gosh it is gorgeous! It’s quiet and secluded on a huge plot of land but close enough to amenities like restaurants and grocery stores, which is always important for a little bit longer of a stay! My kids and I used the zip line which was a BLAST when it was snowing. Went sledding on the hills of the property and otherwise just hung out and enjoyed the views and hot tub. The walking trails were fun too. We literally didn’t need to go anywhere with all there was to do at the house including video/card/board games. We are already planning our return trip for next year I cannot wait!! Oh and of also - the host Mason was attentive, responsive, and kind!

Another great stay at Laura’s. This was our third one. Walking distance to the shops in Meredith. I always enjoy the sunrise over the lake and a brisk walk to George’s Diner for an early breakfast. A one-minute drive to Dunkin’s, Hannafords, and the largest thrift shop in NH, Etcetera - an annual tradition with my daughters! Laura’s home is always clean and inviting with plenty of beds and baths for our family. Looking forward to our next stay.

Extremely clean, new construction/ re-model. Good location for skiing access.

let me start out by saying this house is exactly as described and depicted on the website. plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 bigger kids. enough seating space, kitchen utensils, linens, towels. the game room was a big hit for the old and young boys. the moms lived the warm, cozy sunroof. the house has great windows with lots of light. it was spotlessly clean. a snowplow took care of the storm..plowing and shoveling several times..Judith was easy to work with. instructions , as well as things to do, were available in a binder. we had a great week and all hope to come back here.

This place is great! Exactly as described inside, clean & well-appointed home. Everything is labeled very helpfully and all amenities were available and clean. Hot tub is inside a sweet little screen tent that allows for extra privacy which is much needed as the next door neighbors are very visible/present next to the outdoor space. The washer and dryer were new, the fridge was very new and had an awesome ice dispenser with 2 types of ice it automatically created. Don't let the house rules shy you away. This host is through but very kind and professional. The only downside of the entire place is a rather complex air conditioning/heating system that I found diddicult to understand but also made it uncomfortably hot throughout the night and there are signs everywhere instructing not to open the windows at all which was odd. Overall this place is so worth it, if you're staying in Keene and need a larger space, this place is perfect.

Swallow Hill Manor was beautiful and Dylan was a wonderful host! The house itself is stunning and the surroundings were absolutely idyllic. The property was spacious and appeared just like the listing. I would highly recommend staying here!

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

We had 17 teens and six adults on a church teen retreat. Great accommodations with plenty of beds for all of us. Nice large kitchen to cook for everyone. Huge refrigerator to hold all the food. Nice large living room for us to all meet in and hang out. The kids loved the pool table. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

This is my second time staying at Hilary’s home, and for good reason! My family loved gathering by the fireplace everyday, using the hot tub and sauna, and cooking dinners for our group of 8 in the well equipped kitchen every night! Plenty of room for us to spread out. Also love how close it is to the town of Woodstock (adorable with great shopping!) Hilary is very responsive and I am sure we will be back for a 3rd time at some point.

Staying at this beautiful house is as comfortable as being home. Plenty big for a long weekend with the whole family and conveniently located to Owl’s Nest if ever attending an event there. Sharon is very responsive, friendly and accommodating!

Truly enjoyed our stay at Marty's home. We visit our daughter in Concord fairly often and appreciate a well appointed home to stay at. I especially appreciated the sensor lights on the stairs and mirrors in the bathroom that were woman height. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood near all the downtown amenities.

Sarah and Ians place was exactly as described. The house is a very central location for ski resorts for summer and winter activities and an easy ride to concord. The hosts were proactive with anything we might need for our stay - firewood, propane for the grill, towels, coffee makers, and a spice rack for cooking. The house has plenty of parking for a large group and is very private. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub worked great too!
