Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Andover

Had a great stay for a couple nights! Apartment was plenty spacious, clean, and had a great cafe a 2 min walk away

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

It was a great find! Jeff answered very quickly, and was very nice to have everything set for us. We were arriving late. The apt was clean and adorable. We usually stay at the Wilton Lake Inn and have to rent 2 rooms. This gave us a family setting with room for our adult son and us. Privacy for everyone. it was great to be able to have my family over for dinner instead of having to go out all of the time during our visit. Very convenient and close to Farmington for shopping and additional resturants. Unfortunately the weather was a bit wintery, and unable to go hiking or walking. A new little coffee shop. 2 very good little coffee shops in Wilton, had to patron both. They are both very nice shops and owners. We will definitely stay here again. Convenient, spacious, clean! I was pleasantly surprised by the overall ambiance of the apartment. This is an old building with uneven floors but I loved the feel of the place. Having an updated bathroom was great, especially the heated tile floors! The views of the river were great. I felt right at home.

Always a great stay! Will now be my go-to accommodations while in North Conway! Great location!

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

My husband and I stayed at Markie's place in Norway for two weeks. If you like walking to restaurants and shopping, her location is perfect. The kitchen is large compared to other Airbnb locations we have stayed, and very well equipped for home cooking. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked perfectly. The beds are not as firm as we would have liked, so if you have back problems it could be an issue. The thermostat is controlled by Markie, but when we needed the heat turned up she was responsive and made the apartment very comfortable. The two chairs in the living room were very comfortable, but the couch was past its prime and needs to be replaced. The apartment is upstairs but the stairway is well maintained and provides easy access. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful spot only 8 minutes away from the Sunday River resort. Walkable to the local restaurants if you like, or a 2 minute drive to any of them otherwise (check out Sud’s Bar). Place was spotless, easy check in / check out, lots of parking, cute fireplace, and I’m a sucker for a hot tub, which was massive (bring flip flops, since it’s in the gravel part of the backyard). Overall, fantastic experience. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a weekend spot with easy access to Sunday River. Thanks, Mark!

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for 6 adults. The house is very private, with wonderful mountain views and even better stargazing at night! It's close to a few swimming areas (recommended by Rachel) that were way better than all the crowded popular places in the area. We definitely would stay here again!

We had a great stay! Jon, Peter, and Paul were very responsive and friendly. Their place is beautiful and peaceful. We were having some trouble with the WIFI but other than that, everything was great and I would definitely recommend!

It was an amazing place with one of the best views of the mountains. The place was perfect for our group. We had 8 adults and 3 kids. The place is very family friendly, they even have toys in one of the rooms for the guests! We would love to come back. Thank you for hosting us!

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

Home was as described, plenty of room for our group of 4, nice spacious living area with comfortable furniture, very close to Jackson and ski areas, would recommend.

Beautiful location, wonderful bathroom, very comfortable bed. loved the extra amenities available like pool and rec room. Looking forward to returning in the future!

We had a 5 week stay - in depth of snowy cold winter with extra family for shorter periods. Space was just right for us plus 2 grandchildren and their parents. Both sleeping and living space sufficient. Do note the spiral and steep stairs down to lower floor as potential hazard for old or young. It's very much a family "lived in" apartment with lots of "other" stuff rather than pristine rental property, but more comfortable for that. Jaclene not local while we were here, but super responsive with any issues. Cleaner and building manager also accessible via her. Very convenient for pool / spas and skating pond! Heated outside pool / spa in snow was much enjoyed by all! Steam room good, sauna not so much! Easy parking just outside. great snow clearance from site maintenance staff. Simple drive to North Conway for almost anything. Jackson Falls, Diana's Bath, Cathedral ledge and many others were fantastic in deep frozen snow. Easy travel West NH302 and Kancamagus highway for scenery.

Very clean and relaxing place. Felt like home and will definitely visit back again. The host is very responsive and had clear instructions of everything.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It’s cozy and well-equipped, with a lovely fireplace that made our evenings so relaxing. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Attitash Ski Resort, which made getting to the slopes super easy. Our kids absolutely loved the selection of games, keeping them entertained after a day of skiing. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts were great with communication, making sure everything was smooth from start to finish. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

Thanks, Mark for letting us stay in your wonderful condo at the seasons. The place was nice and clean and quiet. Easy drive to the ski resorts as well as all of the attractions in North Conway. The Seasons Resort is great for kids as it has the clubhouse with the pool, video games, pool table. I really enjoyed the hot tub but I got my butt kicked at ping pong by one of my Kids. Great time had by all!

This place is awesome. Clean and cozy. Feel right at home. Has everything you need for your stay. Most importantly, besides the location being ideal and close to everything - skiing, food, shops - the beds are soooo comfortable.
