Really very close to the park, super clean, it's hot but there's a fan. The only thing is that there were 6 of us and they left us only one roll of toilet paper for three days and that had never happened to me before. Everything else is fine

Walter and Jessica are exceptional hosts, super attentive and friendly, their accommodation is so nice, very spacious, the things inside are in perfect condition, plus the towels and sheets smell delicious, also the house is in a very nice place and very close to everything you need to make your stay great and as if that were not enough they also left me a welcome gift. In other words, I really urge you to book with them.

The house is very nice, very cozy, everything was super clean and organized. The place is really quiet and family-friendly, close to the park but far enough away not to be bothered by noise. The hosts are very nice, willing to help us at all times. Highly recommended, we would return to this place.

A really well decorated, clean and spacious apartment. It is close to Jardín Park and the area where it is located is very quiet. Easy to get in with the code! Maria José is very friendly and responds quickly. I would stay there again without thinking.

Good value for money, the best you can find, clean and pleasant place. Although the location is not in the main park; you can easily get there by walking a few blocks, however it is close to restaurants and shops where you can buy your souvenirs, sweets or have a good coffee. Check in was quick, Salomé greeted us kindly no matter what our arrival was at 9:00 pm

Both Mauricio and his apartment are great. Easily walkable to the central plaza without being right in the plaza which could be noisy. The apartment is great! Well laid out, clean, comfortable. Jardín is grey and staying here made the experience all the more enjoyable. Thank you so much, Mauricio!

We loved our stay in the green house! It was very cosy and we felt right at home. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Very good location, a short walk wherever you need to go. Host was super responsive, friendly and helped us figure out the transport. 10/10

Excellent place, very clean, just like the photos, the host is very kind, charismatic, attentive and super friendly. Very close to the park, there are very good restaurants nearby, very well equipped, with toiletries and kitchen products, such as a microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and the hot water is also a very good point. A very nice closet, a spectacular bed, in general very modern, clean and nice The only drawback is that it is right on a road, so you can hear the noise outside, apart from the fact that you can also hear the noise from upstairs. For us it was not a problem, but if someone has very light sleep to rest in the afternoons it can be a bit annoying, but for us everything was fine.

The balcony overlooking the street was fabulous. I sat there for many hours reading and watching the activity on the street. The apartment was very quiet and the neighborhood was tranquile. We walked to everything: it was all close. There was a wide range of restaurants nearby. I would recommend spending at least 4 nights here to experience it all.

Beautiful apartment, every detail was thought out and organized with love. We found everything we needed to be comfortable and Mrs. Alba was always very willing and kind to help us. The apartment is close to the park for walking, but in a very quiet area to rest and relax. We stayed with our pet and it had a balcony and ample room to be comfortable.

Emmanuel is a lovely and warm host, helped us with everything we needed during our stay and our trip to Khradin, was patient with all our needs and it was important for him to make sure we were getting along and happy for us

The place perfectly meets the description. The apartment was well cleaned, well equipped and the host was always attentive and formal. You feel a little locked up because it has no windows, however, the stay was perfect for us. It is a quiet, safe place, not so close to the main park but with transportation facilities. Sebastián suggested places to visit, provided us with parking rental and the stay in this place was very satisfactory for us. I recommend it 100%

Excellent stay, the access, the nice touches in the house, safe and quiet area away from the noise. All of us who stayed there thought the place and the host's attention were excellent. I recommend it.

Great house, walking distance to Jardin town and convenience stores. Totally great place to be with family. Beatriz her helper was very attentive and helpful. My only recommendation is to be clear with towel situation( was only 3 for us). But as soon I mentioned to Diana she fixed immediately. And I think is time for new ones. But I will return to this place.

My wife and I didn't want to leave Jardin. The apartment was in a perfect location. Close enough to walk to anything in town yet on the edge of town with an amazing view from the balcony. The pictures really do not do the view justice. The sound of the rushing river down below was like having our own white noise machine and lulled us to sleep each night. Check in was a little awkward as we had to sit outside the businesses on the ground floor of the building while we waited. We knew we had the right building but not sure what to do but wait for someone to let us in. In the end, it was just a door with a video monitor beside it that was the entrance. In the end though, the apartment was great and we'd certainly stay there again if we are lucky enough to make it back to Jardin.

Amazing place!! We loved the jacuzzi, the hot water heater is great so no need to worry about hot water during your stay. Wifi was great, the view from the balcony is epic, and we even saw parrots, cock-of-the-rock, vultures, and jays from the balcony!! Unit is a 7 minute walk to the cock-of-the-rock lekking site, and 2 minutes to the town square. Great location, great apartment, we won't look anywhere else next time.
