Waterfront vacation rentals in Ancona

First of all, it must be said that Elisa was very welcoming and helpful. She offered both to pick us up and take us back to the station and when we had problems with noisy neighbors (one night) she intervened immediately. The house, very modern, is equipped with everything that has made us feel like we were at home, it is located in a particularly quiet area of Pesaro and close to the small bay Flaminia (for this reason we definitely recommend it for the summer months). Nearby there are plenty of places to eat, including the unparalleled piadina from Terry.

It was an amazing apartament. It was a first apartament building to the sea. So the sea was like 15 meters away. The balcony has an amazing view of the sea, mountains and the beach. Overall the accommodation and the apartament itself, was very impressive. I would definitely recommend spending time there!

Communication with Andrea was very good. The place was clean and tidy with a large kitchen that we didn't use. We stayed there to go to the circuit. We reached it on foot, but very close there was the possibility of taking a small train that led to the entrance of the circuit (both on the way and back). We were able to park for free in a parking lot indicated by Andrea's mother who brought us the keys. The lady allowed us to check out later, since the next day there were no guests. It was a very nice gesture and appreciated by all of us. Thanks again for your availability

The location is really strategic: in a few minutes you can reach both the historic center and the beach, allowing us to make the most of everything the city has to offer. The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

Apartment in front of the beach, both free and equipped, cycling and pedestrian promenade and a 5-minute drive to the center of Senigallia. Everything as in the description, we'll be back

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

great place, as per pictures. Attilio was a very attentive host, he has helped me in all my needs. he went above and beyond and procured me a scale. I stayed for 2 months and it was very comfy.

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Everything is very good. We are very satisfied with our short winter stay in Porto Sant'. Elpidio. We recommend the apartment to anyone staying in this location.

Great location just steps from the sea and high-speed trolleybus. Easy access to Richone and Rimini. Sea in 3 minutes on foot. Around the corner is a bar, I recommend it, the breakfasts are great. Apartment with private entrance, there is a small area. Suitable for 4.5 people. Everything looks like the photo. The owners are kind people who respond very very quickly. Friendly

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

The apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures show. It feels brand new, super clean, comfortable and very modern. Centralized air-conditioning system. Mirabela always responded quickly and very kindly. Good place to park the car on the street, at least off-season. There are supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need in the area. The sea is very close and can be seen from the balcony. I loved the place. I would definitely go back. Thanks Mirabela!!!
