Waterfront vacation rentals in Ancona

As a family we stayed in Maria's apartment for 15 days and really enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is more than enough for three people and is very, very well equipped. The bathroom/shower is not typical of Italy, only with a curtain that sticks constantly to the body during the shower, but really good with solid sliding walls. The water pressure during the shower is phenomenal for Italy. But even more phenomenal is the hospitality of Maria and her brother Giuseppe. When my daughter had a strong toothache and asked Maria for help to find a dentist, we also received real help from Maria and her brother and brother took my daughter there and translated due to our language problems. We never had it and we are in Italy every year, but that's why Italians are known. Yes, Maria greeted us really gently two days before our return home and we took Maria in the nost

Francesco and Elisa were really delicious hosts. In their, albeit small, hospitable house, warm and cozy, nothing was missing! The environment is completely renovated, very nice details and bathroom finishes, impeccable cleanliness everywhere. The sweet thoughts when you arrive are also very welcome. Definitely the strong point of the outdoor garden well furnished and to experience, the hammock is beautiful. We stayed in 3 adults, the space is very small, but for short stays you are happy to adjust! Thanks to Elisa and Francesco!

Vittorio's apartment is modern and recently renovated, equipped with all the comforts and what you need for long and short stays. The view of the sea from the apartment is spectacular. Centrally located, you will be within walking distance to the beach and the amenities you will need. Vittorio is a responsive host and available to give you any advice and come to you to make your stay pleasant.

We had a great time, very comfortable, functional house, very clean and equipped, very close to the beach. The strength of the apartment is also the sea view terrace!! Peace and quiet. Stefano is helpful and kind. We will definitely be back

Georgio and his girlfriend were warm, welcoming and available The apartment receives a rating of 20 out of 20 The geolocation is perfect between the beach and the historic city, and for the practical side a Lidl 800 meters away Good location but unfortunately unmissable related to noise disturbances (train and noisy tourists at all hours of the day and night) The assessment remains positive for me and I will happily go back

This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

A beautiful family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at all times of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cabinets. Such care for the well-being of the guest in the bathroom with strong soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and shiny cleanliness. The new BBQ grill, available in the backyard, invites to take meals in the shade of the olive trees while on the terrace in front you can sit for coffee watching the passage of a train in the train station nearby. And why not? You can take a bath in the light of the stars, the common beach is a few steps away, it feels free and joyful as in childhood.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

I felt very comfortable in Valentina's small apartment. It is just outside the center, but with the free bike you can get there quickly - it's about a 45-minute walk. But I found the location perfect as the place is almost right on a beach (a few minutes walk) where it is relatively quiet and no sun loungers are lined up as in the center. Here you can escape the tourist crowds a little and have your peace by the sea. Valentina was very helpful and nice even though she was not on site and took care of everyone.

Great beachfront accommodation, new and with well-organized spaces. Quick and easy communication with hosts, clear in directions, and responsive to always respond. Small inconvenience had on arrival but immediately resolved without any particular problems. Great location for walking both to the sea and to the city center. Indoor parking space available and quiet area.

Porto San Giorgio is a beautiful beach town, living it even outside the summer season was a positive experience especially because the comfort of the location was important in a period like December, it was like being at home with the addition of a beautiful maritime view, lifting the shutter and seeing from the early morning the beauty of the sea is priceless, I recommend this holiday to everyone and I congratulate Marco on his apartment and the equipment offered to his customers, experience to be repeated Daniele&Catia

The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos show. It feels like brand new, super clean, comfortable and very modern. A centralized air-conditioning system. Mirabela always responded quickly and very kindly. Good place to park the car on the street, at least out of season. There are supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need in the area. The sea is very close and can be seen from the balcony. I loved the place. I would definitely go back. Thanks Mirabela!!!

We had never been to Pesaro before but wanted a few days on the coast after visiting Firenze. We had a wonderful stay with Paola. The home was in excellent condition and had everything you need for your stay regardless of what the weather is doing. Paola gave us some great local recommendations - Gibas and Botanic were standouts. Lots of space to enjoy when you are in the apartment, lovely sunny deck at the front of the property. Very quiet at night so it was easy to get a good nights sleep after a busy day touring the area. Can recommend the Maggiore car rental agency by the station. Can't wait to return to Pesaro and spend more time in Paolas lovely home.

The apartment is beautiful, brand new, furnished with care and very tasteful. It perfectly matches the description and photos published on the site. The area is quiet, a few meters away there is a large supermarket and, walking a little, several shops. Francesco is very kind and helpful, he was the one who gave me the keys and gave me all the instructions.
