Francesco and Elisa were really delicious hosts. In their, albeit small, hospitable house, warm and cozy, nothing was missing! The environment is completely renovated, very nice details and bathroom finishes, impeccable cleanliness everywhere. The sweet thoughts when you arrive are also very welcome. Definitely the strong point of the outdoor garden well furnished and to experience, the hammock is beautiful. We stayed in 3 adults, the space is very small, but for short stays you are happy to adjust! Thanks to Elisa and Francesco!

The apartment is right in front of the beach, it's close to the center, so the location is great. It's pretty big, suitable for families with children. I found it clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Fabio is kind and very helpful.

I have stayed at Rina's place several times. It is immacutaley clean and comfortable. Fully furnished with everything you need. There are several bars and restaurants nearby and the old city center is only a 10 minute walk. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great time, very comfortable, functional house, very clean and equipped, very close to the beach. The strength of the apartment is also the sea view terrace!! Peace and quiet. Stefano is helpful and kind. We will definitely be back

The location is really strategic: in a few minutes you can reach both the historic center and the beach, allowing us to make the most of everything the city has to offer. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos: clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every necessary comfort. The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

A beautiful family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at all times of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cabinets. Such care for the well-being of the guest in the bathroom with strong soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and shiny cleanliness. The new BBQ grill, available in the backyard, invites to take meals in the shade of the olive trees while on the terrace in front you can sit for coffee watching the passage of a train in the train station nearby. And why not? You can take a bath in the light of the stars, the common beach is a few steps away, it feels free and joyful as in childhood.

Really everything was great, ideal for 4 passengers, close to the port , pedestrian walks, restaurants and historical points of interest.

I stayed for 4 weeks and it was great for one person. It’s a small apt with everything you need, in a great location. Elena was a great hostess with excellent communication.

Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. What a joy to spend such a relaxing time safe in the knowledge you can trust your hosts to be helpful and respond to your queries promptly and with warmth.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. To the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

We stayed a week in this apartment and had a very good time. The property overlooks the seafront, the free beach is a stone's throw away but there are also several bathrooms with deck chairs and umbrellas. We were there in September and there was always a place to park for free along the street right in front of the entrance. The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything and we were also provided with detergent to use the washing machine. As a welcome, we also found a bottle of local white wine, which is very welcome. The apartment is within walking distance of the center with lots of places to eat and 5 minutes by car from a large supermarket, very comfortable! A big plus is the pastry bar right below the house, we always had breakfast there, even with a small discount thanks to Milo! Milo was present but intrusive and super helpful! In short, perfect. If we return to the area we will definitely contact you again!
