Johnny's place was clean and tidy. Everything you need in terms of toilet and kitchen, especially 10/10. Johnny took us to the market The first day, it was very helpful. We also had a very nice neighbor who also supported us a lot. The location is close to the avenue which helps a lot . And we will gladly remember Changa, the dog that the neighbor has, very affectionate and obedient. We would definitely go back there, we're taking nice memories of this stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing suite. The suite itself was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The surrounding nature was breathtaking, and we enjoyed local beaches. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with clear instructions. i highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful escape.

The space is very peaceful and the apartment is very nice. The rooms are large, there is air everywhere and everything you need to be comfortable. Beaches and restaurants are close by.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, John went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and flexible—especially since we had just moved to the island. John even extended our stay to accommodate us during this transitional time, which we deeply appreciated. The apartments are pristine—modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. Maria and Gerard were also incredible hosts, always friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. They are such genuinely good people, and their hospitality made our stay even more special. Traveling with our two dogs, we were thrilled to find the property perfect for them and us—comfortable, safe, and serene. We also discovered one of the most beautiful beaches nearby, which was flat and ideal for walking and playing with the dogs. It felt like a hidden gem! This was the perfect place for my boyfriend and me to settle into life in Puerto Rico while searching for our new home.

This was one of the best place to stay. Love how clean it was and brand new. They had generator, we had light all the time that we stay. The host was so nice and let us do the check in early. I love it. Also the snacks were so good. I will stay again on how clean and central it is. Thank you.

Daniel is a great host, responsive, friendly, and communicated excellent. His property was well maintained and excellent view of the ocean, only drawbacks, parking and walk up the stairs to 3rd floor but to be fair, Daniel had communicated with me prior to my booking.

The place was exactly what you seen in the listing. The out door area is just beautiful! I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone. The host is very nice and quick to respond to any questions.

Loved this Airbnb! I have been to Rincon many times and usually try to stay in the Puntas neighborhood. This place was in the perfect location for me. It was cute, comfortable and felt very spacious. The tub outside was a nice touch. Kitchen had all the basics. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was great. It was clean and decorated nicely. Definitely thought it was a good deal for the price. Would stay again!
