The communication went well, the host was super quick to respond to questions etc. The location is top and within walking distance of downtown and the beach. Supermarket is downstairs the apartment. The apartment is super clean and it has everything you need. Even the little ones have been thought of... The apartment has a luxurious look and it is value for money. We also felt at home. Friendly host and clean apartment

Very nice place! Everything is new! Cozy, there is a cool pool for both toddlers and adults. Each room has air conditioning. Our apartments were on the ground floor, from our balcony we could immediately access the pool. This is very convenient, especially with children!!! Erhan was accommodating, we checked in early. Now we know another beautiful place in Alanya. Thank you so much Erhan! Recommended!

Hi, friendly host. Respond to messages right away. Arriving in the summer we had the night check-in was really well communicated in advance, as well as other instructions like water, electricity, and internet. The apartment was clean and everything was ready for living. Shops, market, restaurants, and beach are really close.

It was a wonderful stay for the second time? The value for money is super friendly and super helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would come back at any time.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. Every day we cooked food, there was a sufficient number of pans and pots for this. There is a large variety of dishes in the apartment for serving the table. The biggest plus is the magnificent terrace with mountain and sea views, where we regularly gathered for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There are 3 good supermarkets near the house, where you can find groceries for every taste and wallet. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. Would love to come back to this place again! Thank you!

Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

We were very happy with our stay. Damlataş took 3 minutes on foot to the beach. Our room was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. They provided a solution right away if we had any problems or needs. If I were to go to Alanya again, I would stay at Saray Apart Hotel again.

The apartment is in a private building, not other tourists there - and there is peace and quiet. It seems like the other residents are just Turkish people living there. It is situated with a view to the water (you have to look to the side on the balcony, though.) Close to the main street, but 100 meters up a quiet street. Close to everything you need - supermarket, good restaurants (try Casper steak house 150 meters away!!), etc. Everything is looking like new, and decorated simple and with taste. The bed is okay, new appliances. Everything you need, and basic stuff like salt, pasta, coffee was already there when I arrived. Orhan was a good host. Very flexible with check in and check out. Plus for that.++ I know this almost sounds like an advertisement, but really can’t find anything bad to say about the apartment -I had a very good stay. I certainly will come back. Thank you Orhan!

I absolutely loved my stay at Ercan's apartment. It is situated a few min walk to a secluded beach and around 15 min from the shops and restaurant (by foot). Given the idealic and convenient location, strong WiFi and comfortable surroundings this is a perfect spot for digital nomads as well as people wanting to holiday away from the hustle and bustle that Alanya and Antalya offer. Ercan's communication was fantastic from the very start, he was kind enough to pick and drop me off from the airport and very helpful on the whole.

This is one of the best apartments we've been living in! There is plenty of space for everyone. Every room has air conditioning and is well-renovated. There's a spacious balcony with great views. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave :) The beach is 2 minutes away from the apartment; it literally couldn't be any closer. We went regularly back and forth. There were many restaurants and shops around, so we could easily find everything we needed. But one of the most important is that Ali is a good and very hospitable person. He met us and helped move our possessions inside, showed us everything we needed, and was proactive and attentive to details. I really recommend Ali and his apartment for a comfortable stay.

Very nice place to stay, there are everything in the appartment you need for longer stay. Very calm and quiet, amaizing swimming pool, everything is clean, good location, close to supermarket, 5 min to the main street. Very recomended, will be back next year.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment delivers what it promises and the rooms are nicely furnished and air conditioned. The hosts are very warm and helpful. We felt very comfortable! :) About Olive City: it is a beautiful. The pool facilities and the restaurant by the pool are recommended! Thank you very much for this very nice stay! :)

The apartment is located in a very nice complex with many offers. Everything is within walking distance. Adem was very friendly and the communication impeccable. We were somewhat bothered by the fact that we had to specify the check-in and check-out times exactly, although a self check-in is specified. This is very limited in flexibility. In the future, a little more attention must be paid to the cleanliness ( e.g. crumbs in the oven from other guests). We were still completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Anastasia was a very friendly and accommodating host, and was very responsive with some complexities that arose during our stay. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Alanya !
