The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

We loved Beatrix's apartment! It was the most special seaside accommodation we have ever stayed in: the location, the private stand of the house, the proximity to the ocean and the beauty of the surrounding mountains. The apartment was lovely. Easily walkable to lots of different restaurants and the local supermarket. Car wasn’t necessary. Due to being west facing the terrace was in the shade until 1ish. But the up side of that is you could sit in the sun right until sunset around 8.30pm. A truly beautiful place to rest and unwind. Beach is a few minutes walk for those that like morning sunshine. It was never too busy which was nice. Marco was a great host extremely communicative and helpful. Also El Delfin restaurant a few doors away was a little gem of a restaurant. Everything was spotless with a well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay, the apartment has everything needed to have a fantastic time, the swimming pool is heated and gives stunning views of the Lagoon and coastline and on the doorstep within 1 minute, the pebble beach is there for you, a lovely coastal walk to the nearest busy place approx 15/20 mins walk to some fantastic eateries and bars. Local restaurants El Mirador de La marina was amazing definitely top on our visit for Fish. La Mesa and 19th Hole both amazing too.. Ask for a Barraquito in 19th Hole. All within 10/15 minutes walk. So you have the lovely quiet of where you are staying and very close by whatever you want food wise. Supermarket within walking distance too. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be booking a return. The host Sve was super helpful and answered any questions with lots of tips and recommendations. Perfect place… gutted we had to leave 🙈😀😎 Thank you Sve Neil, Rachel and Hannah 😊😎

The flat is very nice, sunny in the morning and with beautiful view. Bedrooms are small, but enough. You can hear many neighbours from the other flats, but it makes the stay authenticaly spanish :) I wouldnt change for any hotel. What could be better, are the pans for frying. It was impossible to not burn almost everything on them. But these are small things. The flat has a really nice vibe. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It has an amazing view and a nice garden to relax in with a covered patio. The house was bigger than I expected and nice and clean. The Wi-Fi worked great. The host was very friendly and easy to get in contact with. The area just around the house felt safe and quiet but there are some very nice cities along the northern coast close by and some beautiful nature in the Anaga Rural Park if you have a car/bus.

apartment was very clean and as described,communication was 5 star very quick to respond. location is very quiet and it is a residential complex,unfortunately while we where there some work was going on outside so it was noisy every morning . nice pool area but again it's residential so no cafe or that on site. overall we had a nice stay and can't fault the apartment. lots of little extras like miciler water,cotton pads,deodorant,shampoo just the basics we usually forget. thanks for a nice stay
