Vacation rentals with a patio in Amstetten

We had a wonderful time. We were in a bit of a situation, our previous accommodation notified us 12 hours prior to checking that our reservations were canceled, si we spent hours trying to find a new place. We finally found this wonderful place, although 200kl from our original accommodations. The place was clean and tidy and had air conditioning, big bonus due to the temperatures over 90/33c. Josip was very responsive and everything went very smoothly after stressful day. would most definitely recommend.

Beautiful high-rise apartment in a quiet corner.

We had a fantastic stay at Martin’s apartment! The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything we needed. Martin was an excellent host—responsive and attentive. We highly recommend this place!

This apartment is a lot nicer, cosier and larger than shown in the photos. It has a 70s and 80s feel, the wooden floors are lovely, there are happy house plants and a gorgeous view from the large windows. The balcony looks over the quaint roofs and parkland of the town as well as distant mountains. The couches and beds are all comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, the bathroom is cute and there is thoughtful lighting throughout. A huge plus was that our host provided generous quantities of bath towels, dish towels and plenty of drying racks. There were plenty of bathroom, kitchen and laundry basics. This really contributed to a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately there was a persistent unpleasant smell from the bathroom, which we partly solved by keeping the bathroom window ajar and the bathroom door shut. Also the toilet pedestal was wobbly. The location is minutes from the train station and the town centre, but is nevertheless beautifully peaceful. Would stay again.

Clean and very nice flat, just like on the pictures. Ines was really kind and gave clear instructions + responded to our messages promptly.

We had a lovely stay! Nice host, uncomplicated check-in, parking almost outside the door, perfect quiet location and close to downtown.

It was absolutely perfect! We were more than thrilled and never wanted to leave! The house and location are fantastic, extremely cozy, top equipped, clearly the best Airbnb I've ever been to! Kater Cool was the icing on the cake, so sweet. David was also super nice and helpful. We felt like at home and were able to relax superbly. I would definitely book it again!

Thanks Sabine & Peter for the lovely stay! - The house has a successful mix of antique & modern, easy to enjoy and feel comfortable. The bathroom is even nicer in nature than in the photos. My highlight was the upper room with the lovingly prepared steps and wooden floors: clear line, cozy and stylish. - Sabine was always available and provided us with a lot of helpful information. The self check-in with the key box is great because no one has to wait. - The scenery is of course spectacular and beautiful. In early November, sunshine and there was even birdsong.

Andrea's AirBnB was a honey respite on our trip from Prague to Vienna. We stayed for five days over the holidays with our family of five. Since this is Andrea's home it is cozy and we made full use of the space to cook meals, play games and catch-up. We loved the sculpture walk right behind the house and made a number of day-time adventures to local picturesque towns, monasteries and old castles. Andrea was very responsive. The internet was spotty at times so she brought an extender to improve service and half-way through our trip on Christmas Day she spent five hours stoking the system in the basement that provides the underfloor heating.

Very cozy chill space!

We felt very comfortable and were nicely received, although we arrived very late. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. You could hear the sound of the river, which we really like. If you like being in nature, this is the place to be. The apartment has everything you need. Thanks

We loved our stay here, perfectly situated for my family’s diverse tastes as we were able to visit mountains, monasteries, galleries and zoos all within 90 minutes drive. After such busy days this home gave us somewhere to relax and recharge for the next day.

The property is far away from neighbors and in a very good condition. Especially the balcony is great to sit in the summer nights.

We were received very nicely and courteously and found many small surprises ( e.g. in the fridge and in the fruit bowl). We found everything very lovingly prepared and you could feel very comfortable and relax in the beautiful apartment. It was a very nice stay

the accommodation was selected in advance to meet the needs of 3 families(2+2). 30min to 3 ski slopes. near the restaurant, shop all available. large spacious living room with a beautiful view, kitchen furnished(glasses for 12 people were missing,but Karl immediately added). The bedroom is spacious, (however, it is cooler at night =large space). wca bathroom only once,but it was possible to survive for 6 days. The host was accommodating, immediately tried to fix a broken dishwasher,responds quickly to messages. I recommend

Josefine is a great hostess, friendly, always easily accessible. The apartment is great, well laid out, very clean,everything you need from dishwasher tab to coffee is there. We never had such a super hostess. We can only recommend Josefine's apartment and would be happy to come back.

Lovingly furnished apartment with small extras such as coffee, vinegar, shampoo, syrup and much more. The dogs also felt right at home with a provided basket and treats. We enjoyed the 4 days and had a good time with friends. Thank you very much. We will be happy to come back.
