Big house, it’s bigger than the pictures and was perfect for our large working group. Plenty of separate space for everyone to have their own space.

Great house with everything we needed, clean and lovely location!

Tracis's place was immaculately clean and beautifully comfortable. The street was quiet, the cotton bedding was fresh and lovely, the kitchen adequate for our needs, and the little back terrace delightful. Upstairs/ downstairs with separate bathrooms created two separate quarters which worked supremely well for the 3 of us. Location near the lake is perfect. We would love to come and stay again when visiting Ballarat.

Peaceful setting to wind down for a few days after a busy few weeks. Just the two of us. Was a lovely space to relax, self cater & spread out. Friendly local pub a few kms away or drive into town for shopping & eats.

It was a perfect birthday weekend for me. Grandmas cottage will never disappoint you. Naomi is very helpful and real friendly. She made sure that we had a very good time. Loved the stay. Its exactly what we wanted, a nice relaxed and cozy home away from the busy cbd. It was really cool to walk around the property and have so much quality time. We didn't want to leave..😊🥰 As a bonus, we had some fresh eggs 🥚.. Will surely be back in the winter for campfure adventure. 💯Recommended.

This property was really quirky and full of character but extremely clean and practical for the amount of people we had and our dog, had absolutely everything you needed for a quick getaway. Comfy beds are also a plus. Easy to access. Enough supplies to get you started. Jannine was also flexible and helpful for us on the day we were leaving. Would definitely recommend this property, we had a lovely stay there.

The house was perfect- we booked on a whim and the kids wanted a pool- which was absolutely beautiful and came with pool toys and a great recliner seat! Although not heated, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in and out of the home. Laundry with great facilities made it easy to dry off in our time between pool vs indoors. The side lawn with a cubby house, coupled with 2 outdoor lounge areas was a major plus. We each had to work a portion of our holiday so the great home office set-up was a huge plus point! Master ensuite was VERY luxurious. Great couch for the whole family to lounge on, with 3 TVs (1 with games!) to utilise meant kids didn't fight. The house is located in an Uber Eats delivery zone which made meal time super convenient. Linen& towels were v clean. Overall, we'd love to return and enjoy this beautiful home. Thank you for great, speedy communication, and for hosting such a lovely stay for us.

My husband chose this place for our 3rd anniversary in 2021, and I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. It was like a dream come true for us. After he passed away in 2023, I started visiting this place every year to celebrate our anniversary, and I plan to keep doing so every year as long as I'm alive and healthy. This dreamy place has given me some truly unforgettable moments and memories.. This year I already made some amazing memories.. Thanks to the hosts for creating a wonderful retreat like this and for being helpful and friendly when I first visited with my husband.❤️

Great place to stay. Very comfortable, quiet, with everything we needed. Close to the ballarat wildlife park.
