Vacation rentals in Amersfoort

Sweet little house with a huge bathroom, right next to the host‘s big house. Jolanda is very sweet, and helpful, I even got a slice of cake from her, when it was the birthday of her daughter. Unfortunately a very noisy road is behind the garden, so mainly on the weekends all the noise of the tuning cars and the motorbikes comes inside. The kitchen is well equipped, the floor in this room is very cold, so it’s advised to have slippers on your feet. The living room is perfect, with a smart tv and a good size desk.

We were very warmly welcomed by the owners with drinks and chocolate and got a tour of the house and helpful information about the area. Amersfoort is beautiful and within walking distance of the property with nice restaurants. We were also able to rent bikes in the village. The accommodation is centrally located for tours to Urecht, Haarlem, and the Ijsselmeer. Haus Doorn is also highly recommended. All in all a very nice vacation in a cozy house with a covered wind-protected patio, where we could have our breakfast. We would definitely recommend it !!!

We really enjoyed this beautiful home in a recent neighborhood but furnished with taste and intelligence. We were able to do a lot of bike activities, but also visit Amsterdam and Utrecht by car thanks to the good location of Amersfoort. Finally Joan and Jermaine have always made sure everything goes smoothly.

Great modern apartment outside a shopping center, just 5 minutes walk from the old center. Easy to go to shops and restaurants while still very quite at night. We will come again.

Highly recommend. Great place to stay, our boys (5, 13, 15) had plenty to do with the toys/games provided and the home cinema/Playstation. The surrounding area is beautiful and great for walks, mountainbiking, sightseeing, museums, … The place was nicely decorated and the beds were great. The kitchen is basic so don’t expect to do complicated cooking but the appliances are new and what I was missing, the hosts very kindly provided when asked. They were very responsive, friendly, proactive. Overall a great experience, and we’d love to come back.

I had a fantastic time staying in this house. It was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to local shops and attractions. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!
