Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Ameland

We stayed here one night with our two small children. Excellent location and the space as in the pictures and described. Good communication and flexible. Baby cot available. We had a nice stay and would love to come back. Thank you!

Nice and modern cottage, with all the comforts. Henk is also a very friendly and flexible host: we were very grateful to him for the possibility to sleep in on the Monday after the Berenloop! I highly recommend this cottage!!

Jan and Esther's cottage was really "coming home". A nice place to be together. You are almost directly in the beautiful nature of the island where you can stroll endlessly for your feeling. Oh and a great coffee machine😊! We'd love to come back!

My stay was completely successful! The place was just as described, clean, cozy and perfectly equipped. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and communication went smoothly. Especially the quiet location made my stay a real rest. I'd love to come back - clear recommendation!

We had a wonderful week at Wietske and Jan's in the Serre. The stay is on their home, but the feeling of privacy is great. The garden is fantastic; our dog also enjoyed it. The space itself is complete and neat; the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are simple, but clean and yet complete. Most of the space is (very rightly) springy for the living/dining room, which as a conservatory also really gives the feeling of "inside but still outside". With one afternoon of bad weather, we also spent a wonderful time indoors. There is a smart TV that can be connected to various streaming services for those who love it. It's a shame; you can enjoy the beautiful garden much better. In terms of location, we were able to enjoy the various gems of Friesland (mudflats and city, Old Fens, etc.). For some small questions, the contact with the hosts was pleasant and accessible. All in all recommended!

We had a very comfortable short stay at Roger's place. Close to the boat towards Schiermonnikoog. Staying here is highly recommended!

We had a very nice time together with our daughter of 3 months old. There was a crib, changing mat and Tripp Trapp available. It is a cozy and clean accommodation. Iris and Reyer are very friendly and have given all kinds of recommendations. Also nice that the kitchen was well equipped. During this period of the year, a lot of restaurants (for dinner) is closed.

Goasse was a very nice host. His Airbnb is well equipped and has everything you need for a longer stay. There was also a bike to rent, which I enjoyed very much. Also the conversations in between with Goasse were always nice. I would definitely come back!

Easy communication and great located

Very lovely & special place to stay! We stayed with 5 adults and had a very good time at this airbnb! This place is great for anyone who is looking to relax close to nature. We enjoyed especially the sauna, big kitchen for cooking, cozy chimney & nice interior. Roger was very friendly & quickly available, in case we needed something. Highly recommended to stay here!

We had a very good time at Minke's place and we will definitely come back. Minke and Robert are very friendly. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine and a sweet bread on the table. Thanks for this! Our 2 kids also liked it very much. The whole area is very quiet - as expected and as we wanted it to be. The kids could run around, drive with bikes and "kettcars" or play around with anything they could find. They were outside the whole time. Minke had very good tipps for excursions. The trek-in had everything we needed for 5 days. As there is no supermarket to reach by foot one should think to bring enough things to eat and drink. Kollum is to be reached by car in about 10 minutes with supermarket and everything necessary. All in all we really recommend the accommodation!

We had a lovely two-day weekend getaway with our children, aged 8 and 9. They absolutely loved it! The house was incredibly charming and peaceful. Despite the 0°C temperature outside, it was perfectly warm and cozy inside. We’re already thinking of coming back during the summer months to enjoy it again. The only downside was that the bed linens needed to be rented separately. We brought our own, but putting them on and taking them off was a bit of a hassle. :)
