Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Just together (or alone, is it possible) to get away from it all? This studio is located on the edge of Neighbors, the easternmost village of Ameland. This is a perfect getaway for a few days. With 5 min. bikes you are in the bustling Nes with its many terraces, 6 min. bikes and you stand on the beach or 10 min. walk and you are on the dike. If you want to stay close to home, there are picnic tables at the property where you can read your book in peace, read your book or play a game.

The apartment is modernly furnished and has recently been completely renovated. In the kitchen you can cook and at the large dining table you can enjoy dining. The TV can be watched on the lounge sofa and even Netflix is in the subscription. The apartment is only 300 meters from the beach and also nearby are the dunes and the forest. Everything is within walking distance. In the village, 5 minutes cycling is a cozy shopping street, several restaurants and 2 supermarkets.

How wonderful when a dream comes true. Come and enjoy my Tiny cottage "Dit Kleine Eiland". 16m2 pure coziness, quietly located on the outskirts of the city center of Nes. 20 min walk and you are at the harbor, and therefore the Wad (oyster picking!). Come, together or alone, and enjoy that beach walk. Enjoy the evening sun with a cold glass of wine on your own terrace or walk (2 min) into the village for the culinary delights Nes has to offer.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment was realized in 2021 and equipped with all the comforts. There is a lovely bed with luxury bedding. The bathroom has a rain shower, soft towels and Meraki shower gel and shampoo. There is also underfloor heating in the apartment and a kitchen equipped with oven, spacious refrigerator and induction stove. The apartment has its own private garden for guests. Út fan Hûs is a selfcatering holiday accommodation for 2 people on Ameland. Út fan Hûs is located on the edge of the village of Nes, within walking distance of the harbour. There is a 30m2 south-facing terrace at the apartment. The distance to the beach is about 2000 metres.
