The listing is a great place to stay. It is convenient, clean, well-equipped. The host I communicated with (Michel) was very proactive and friendly. I recommend the place without hesitating. One small note, it's not easy to park.

We stayed in the apartment for two days. We found it easily thanks to Silvain's exact instructions. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful. The owner had turned on the heat beforehand, so the temperature was very nice when we arrived. For us it was important that the apartment was not far from the ice rink as our daughter had competition. But it wasn't far from downtown and the train station either. All in all, everything was as we expected and even better. The apartment is highly recommended. Thank you Sylvain!

Very nice place, true to description and listing photos. Access to a parking space (for €10 per night) makes it possible not to take the head to find a place in the city, and is a real plus given the location.

A perfect stay! The apartment is even better than in the photos: spacious, warm and tastefully decorated. Everything was impeccably clean upon arrival and the amenities were at the top (comfortable bedding, well-equipped kitchen, etc.). The location is ideal, both quiet and close to amenities. Communication with our host was quick and enjoyable. Thank you for these amazing 3 nights, we will come back without hesitation!

Great location for BEAUVAL Zoo and Loire Valley Castles. Bruno is very responsive or even proactive! All his information was helpful, his explanations very clear thank you for making our last minute trip enjoyable and carefree! The apartment is also very clean. I recommend it!

Great apartment with easy access on the first floor. Make sure you get the Flowbird parking app if you bring your own car so you can pay for parking easier and cheaper than at the parking stations. Overall great experience and highly recommend.
