Quentin’s listing was perfect for our week-long stay in Tours. It’s very conveniently located, close to the train station and city centre. We were met warmly on arrival and Quentin responded quickly to any queries during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

Better than even expected. This place is huge and right in downtown. Perfect for a family stay. Sebastian is a great host. Street parking right out front. The kitchen is fully stocked do we were able to cook a meal there. The decor is very chic and modern. Loved it!

The accommodation is impeccable, very clean and warm: very helpful, kind and attentive host, the street is very quiet (ground floor is no problem as the apartment is clear) and the living room overlooks a beautiful, well exposed, wooded green space. All the necessary shops are a five minute walk, tram and bus too, as well as the center of Tours. I recommend it .

We are frequent travelers with our family all over the world and can say that this one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Style meets Tech! The decor, the amenities, the bed and pillows all high end and incredibly comfortable and pretty. The decor is top designer quality and so well done. They have more than most places and all is there to make your stay top notch. Great shower and scrumptious bathtub for an evening bath. Our kids are quite discriminating little travelers and they gave it 6 stars. The neighborhood is perfect for visits including the cathedral and museum a stone’s throw away. The host was very communicative and offers great advice for local visits. There are terrific restaurants down the street from the apartment. I can’t say enough about it! Nothing to change and will definitely be back to this place and city.

We fell in love with our home Au Cocon De Sologne (my husband, my 2 children and me). The place was very nice, clean, very functional and the bedding was excellent! We chose this place because close to some Loire castle (less than 30 min from Chambord for example), and the jacuzzi at the end of the day was just magical! The plus: great selection of books, comics, board games available (it made us the evening with the kids). Very welcoming, available and accommodating hosts. In short, everything was together for a great relaxing stay! We are in a hurry to go back because of a huge wish! Another big thank you to Le Cocon De Sologne

Very well decorated apartment, the cave room is full of charm and the bathtub is at its best! Ideal location, less than a fifteen-minute walk from the city center, we recommend it without hesitation!
