Great place to stay with the family. The view is beautiful and exactly as the photos. The architecture is amazing. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked pretty. We will definitely like to stay here again and recommend others to try. Feedback to the owners - an easier way to contact the caretakers like intercom would have been more convenient. Also written instructions to operate the AC, Ceiling fan etc. would be helpful.

A perfect place to stay with family and friends especially if you have a kid with you. The property has all the essential things needed for your stay. Our stay was so amazing felt like we are staying in our own house. The rooms were very clean and neat. Kitchen has all the basic utensils required to prepare our own food. The place is at very centralised location accessible to all the daily needs store. One plus point is the host Madhuri Tai. She is very much cooperative and always available on one call whenever you need any help. Thank you Tai for all your support. Overall we had a wonderful stay in "Muktangan". Love to visit again.

This is a great place to relax and have a nice quite vacation. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is very well maintained and in a very peaceful location. Shailesh kaka, the owner is an amazing host. Always available for you and will provide you solutions for everything. He arranged for an escort (Shinde kaka) to come with us to the fish market at the jetty to help us select fish. Shinde kaka then prepared the fish for us also. It was absolutely delicious. Shailesh kaka also guided us with tips of what to see around Ratnagiri. In all we had a great stay. Pros: - peaceful and clean property - all amenities in working conditions - amazing hosts Cons: - Property is a bit far from Ratnagiri and Ganpatipule - food can be improved

Aai bungalow was our last destination in the Konkan trip before we headed back to Pune. we stayed three nights here including New Year's, and found what we were looking for. place to relax, calm ourselves, ample space for our son to play cricket in, also the indoor games room was a big hit. our dog loved prancing about the huge property and I was relaxed that he wouldn't run away. Food in breakfast provided by Yogesh ji was delicious and ample. but the real gem is the village of Hedavi itself. very quiet, no loud music, very green, beach was a gem with no crowd and no trash (rare to find such a beach in Konkan now :( ) ..the vegetarian restaurants like Prasad Oak Ji's, and Joglekar's Swaad were both very very nice. the food was pure vegetarian , delicious, fantastic 😍...Hedavi was our find of the year and we would love to visit again soon.

My parents and our dog had great fun at their place. Highly recommended. Place is amazing and beautifully designed. Everyone loved it, even those who visited. Thank you for hosting.
