The house is very good, it is a guest house that uses all the amenities such as the pool and the garden of the main house. The pool has a very good temperature with solar heating. The place has a lot of stairs because it's on a hill and goes down two levels, which gives it a very nice view of the mountain. We were able to use the perfect barbecue during the stay to cook. There are minor maintenance things but the place is really very good, and it has a lot of privacy. The subdivision is nice, lots of ups and downs since it's on the mountain, inside the Ranch, you pass two access points. About 2km away there are businesses and a small supermarket for shopping. There are many wasps and bees around, you just have to be careful with children that they don't sting or step on any. I highly recommend the place for families, thank you very much for welcoming us into your home, I hope we can return soon.

House in perfect condition, very nice pool. Our stay was really amazing, lots of privacy within the fractionation, we would definitely come back again The only thing we had was that all of a sudden we didn't have wifi but that's nothing left of our stay that was 100% enjoyed

The house is very nice and it matched the description and photos, super clean and conveniently located, perfect for going out for a walk very safely. In reality there wasn't much contact with Joy since her manager Carmelo was there, very helpful although at times a little uncomfortable because he was looking towards the pool all the time, in that sense I did feel a bit of an invasion of my family's privacy, but otherwise it's an excellent choice of house, just to mention that one night we ran out of water due to a problem with the pump, which they resolved the next morning. Comment: It is necessary that within the food they bring for their meals, they include an extra member since they must provide breakfast and meals to Mr. Cármelo.

We had a very fun weekend with family and dogs, the house is very spacious, clean, the kitchen is well equipped with enough and practical slab, the dining room has a very good size TV, pity that the air hockey table does not serve, the spacious bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable! The amazing outdoor areas!, we use the barbecue and the outdoor dining room is very good size, the pool warm paying the extra for the boiler but it's worth it, Ismael is always attentive to our doubts and very friendly, we will definitely return!

The house is very nice and always clean, Mrs. Martha was always excellent, we were unlucky that the jacuzzi wasn't working, but nothing that prevented us from having a good time and nice, I highly recommend it.
