Our outhouse at the back of our garden has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, modern studio apartment. With underfloor heating, large sofa's & kitchen /breakfast area it has everything you want for a short or long stay! Separate entrance also makes it private so you can come and go as you wish. Nestled in beautiful grounds, this quirky cottage is spacious yet snug with a stunning private garden and delightful views. It is situated on the edge of Bradford on Avon just fifteen minutes from Bath. The cottage has a kitchen with dining area & two further reception rooms, one with a woodburner.

My place is close to family-friendly activities and public transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Fishing is also available on site at a small extra cost of £10.00 per person per day.
