Just returned from the most amazing stay at the Cozy Cottage. It was an ideal break! Situated on Freiss Lake, the cottage is absolutely immaculate with wonderful attention to detail - every little thing has been considered and done to a high standard, to ensure you have a fantastic stay. It's been decorated in a rustic cabin style which beautifully compliments the space and setting. The place is just full of character and the beds are super comfortable. The other stand out is hosts, George and Noreen. They are warm, personable and nothing was too much trouble. They even made homemade chocolate chip cookies on my last night! So, stop reading reviews and go, this place is really special. Highly recommended!!!

We had a good time at this place for a family wedding using the house as a gathering place between all the events that we had to attend. It was about 25-35 min drive to city and most things but Ubers were easy to catch. The lighting in the living room facing the lake was great with all of the big windows and we appreciated the fireplace and how clean everything was.

Corey’s home is located in a great walkable neighborhood in Shorewood close to Atwater Beach and Lake Drive. We were in town for our Mom’s 90th birthday (we grew up 4 blocks away….so it was fun to see how Shorewood has changed in the last 40 years…all for the good). The home was super clean, the furniture was very comfortable. Great hang out space for 9 of us. Be sure to review the sleeping arrangements..while the “headline” says 6 bedrooms, one bedroom is locked out & to access the 5th bedroom you need to walk through bedroom 4. The third floor has a very low ceiling..you walk through the loft area to access both the bedroom & bathroom on that floor. So while the home can sleep 14 people…who was going to sleep where was a bit tricky for us…luckily we had 3 guys who came without significant others so the “bunked” in the two adjoining bedrooms. Great location if you are visiting Summerfest or other events in the Milwaukee area…15 minutes to downtown.

We had an amazing stay at Luke’s place! The house was super clean, spacious, and in a really quiet area. Luke was also really kind and easy to communicate with. This was our first Airbnb experience and we honestly loved every second of it. The home was just remodeled last year, so it felt fresh and modern—especially compared to other houses nearby. We didn’t run into any major issues. The only small thing was that the downstairs bathroom door didn’t close all the way, but they had a door stopper, so it wasn’t a big deal. The fridge also didn’t make ice very fast, but again, not a huge problem. Overall, it was a great time, and those morning views were something else. We’d definitely stay here again!

It’s right by Lake Michigan….its very spacious….it’s affordable….the mattresses are the best I’ve had at an Airbnb….the hosts are kind and responsive. Chris was a great host. Great at communicating what the expectations were and local places to go. The house was so cute and I felt right at home. Chris was flexible with my dates and times. The place we reserved had a water issue in the shower, we were informed prior to arrival. When we arrived the was no water in the shower, not low pressure as we were told. We contacted the host and were assured they would resolve the issue promptly. Within 30 min they had a new rental 15 min away at a much larger more updated place. it was lovely, we had a great time and crisis averted. Very happy, thank you!

Our stay here was amazing! The house was in a great location and decorated so beautifully. The hosts truly thought out this listing and had SO many amenities for us to enjoy. It was the perfect place to stay for 10 adults, and we easily could have fit 2 more. The host was extremely responsive, and we felt at ease throughout the entire stay. We will definitely be looking into staying here again in the future! 10/10 recommend!
