Knowing the Condessa area would be great for my next trip with a big group of 10 friends (2 couples and 6 singles), I had to fish through a wide selection of Airbnb’s before I found Elbo’s - and was I fortunate to do so! As soon as I booked it, Elbo’s team (via Maria) reached out to establish a chat group , and Maria was proactive in ensuring I would meet expectations. Check-in was flexible as she checked in to see if we would get in a little early as needed. As soon as we entered the house, our group was impressed and excited to choose from the beautiful eight bedrooms- each with their own bathroom! Make no mistake- the pictures don’t do justice. The place is cute yet spacious. The hallway is cozy and accommodating for a large group gathering. We used the kitchen to make breakfast with ingredients we purchased at the Walmart express grocery just a couple of blocks away! The area is awesome and extremely walkable with plenty of restaurants around.

Wonderful home, we enjoyed our stay to the max and the host was very on top of things and always reaching out if we needed anything, would definitely come back.

We had a great stay in this beautiful house, with plenty of space and character. The neighborhood is walkable and safe, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and the main square. Our visit was during the week of Halloween and Day of the Dead, so the streets were bustling and noisy late into the night on a few days - if you're planning to come during the fiestas I'd recommend bringing earplugs! Outside of the events, it was a different place, tranquil and peaceful. Juan Carlos was a very helpful host - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Excellent accommodation, with all the services. As it appears in the ad. The location is superb, in one of the nicest places on the cdmx. It was a pleasant experience staying with my family for a few days at this place. I hope to return soon.

This was an excellent spot for our large group of friends for our trip to CDMX. It was a perfect location - walkable to Roma Norte and surrounding area, cafes and tacos were around the corner, and very close to the big park where you can find the castle, zoo and anthropology museum. Despite being so close to everything it was still tucked away in a private area and was not loud at night. The rooftop was a great spot to hangout and was even bigger than it looked on the pictures. Tons of beds, lots of towels and linens, all clean and ready to go. Hosts were also very responsive and friendly - no problems at all. Would definitely come back here or recommend to any of my friends or family! Thank you Dave and Nat!

Brenda’s place was great for traveling in a large group. It was very close to the metro for easy travel throughout the city, but private enough to not be disturbed by outside traffic. All the rooms were comfortable and the place was the perfect vacation spot.

The location is perfect and in place is very spacious and comfortable. It's just as they describe it and like the pictures posted. Caritina was always attentive to my messages and responded quickly. I highly recommend this place to stay.

I lived in CDMX for two years between 2004 and 2007, and return for a month or more every year. That is to say, I know the city well, and have had many hosts/landlords. This apartment is wonderfully well located, in a quiet part of La Condesa, super well connected with public transportation and with great eats just steps away. I'm sort of a sucker for mid-century modern, and this apartment did not disappoint. Clean, with all the necessities. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The apartment was beautiful. We loved the rooftop terrace. The linens were high quality and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very responsive. There are many great restaurants very near. We loved it and would definitely recommend 👌

Hello, I recommend this Airbnb. It’s safe and security is 24/7. I felt safe! It’s in a great area so getting an uber is easy.

Have stayed here on several occasions and ALWAYS had a great experience from booking to communication with host.

No trouble with anything. Everything worked. The neighborhood is great. There is a good store nearby and the Medellin Market is fantastic. The terrace is wonderful. The bed is a little hard but ok. The tv is a little small but ok. The laundry facility is very good to have. All in all we had a great stay.

This is a great place to stay. Nice condo with a 20 min walk to Roma or La Condesa. I enjoyed my month long stay

Paul's place, location and his quick responses to any concern were fantastic. The only caveat is there is a local club close by that is quite audible when there is a performance. The music usually ended about midnight - if I remember properly - and when we were there was only Thurs, Fri, and Sat. One band was quite good the others ... meh :) I and my guest didn't think it was bad, but we're pretty understanding to a sweet crib in a fantastic location of a major city. I would still stay here again, just a friendly heads-up.

Great apartment in great building in great neighbourhood! Quite unique to have floor to ceiling walls, yet feel total privacy (due to the trees). The fact that the building has a doorman 24-7 makes the coming and going very simple (and safe). Will be back next time we’re in CDMX!

I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years and this honestly might be my favorite one. Everything about it was clean, new, comfortable, and designed well. They even have installed a reverse osmosis tap which made clean water a breeze (usually we have to buy jugs of water). The street the home is on is one of the nicest in the city; so beautiful and calm but with plenty to do. We walked around a lot at all hours (anywhere from 8am to after midnight) and never felt even slightly unsafe. It's about a 10 minute walk to Baños de Moctezuma inside Chapultepec and then from there it's super nice to go on a run or walk in the park and access all the rest of the tourist attractions (el Castillo, Museo National de Antropolgia, etc.). We also walked to Roma Norte for food and shopping and it was about 20 minute leisurely walk. All the people who worked in the building were so helpful and kind. Maria Luisa was super friendly and helpful. Just book this one already, we'll definitely be back!

The house is beautiful, the photographs do not do it justice. The fractionation is very nice, quiet and private. In the house you have everything you need for a spectacular stay. The bed is super comfortable. We are sure that we will book again. Angel was always very friendly and responded very quickly. We definitely give it a 10/10

We had a wonderful week at this Esther’s Airbnb in Mexico City! The space was exactly as advertised—quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. The building was easy to access, and the beautiful terrace was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The washer is a combo washer/dryer, which was convenient for a longer stay. We traveled with our 4 year old and there were several excellent playgrounds around. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in the city, and we would definitely recommend it!

Perfect place from which to explore the city. Close to everything and super comfortable and clean. The private rooftop deck is also a great place to unwind!

The place if it was a little difficult to get to, the apartment was clean and had everything that came in the description, there was only a small problem with the TV but the host commented it in advance and there was no problem, he was also very attentive in everything and even had a list of places nearby. I would definitely come back.

The apartment was great. Lots of space, like the pictures and super clean. It was a great location, lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Had lots of plates, cups etc and also had washing tablets and plentiful toilet roll which was great. Felt safe staying here. Roof top pool and snack bar looked great although we didn’t use it. Would stay here again.
