The lovely house, super clean, tidy and decorated with very nice details. Conchi exceptional!!! A nice, attentive and charming person like the house. I don't want to create precedent😄…. But he gave us some ruffles of rejection!!! Very grateful for this stay

A spectacular stay with family, 4 people and 3 dogs. We stayed for a weekend and it was short. It was even better than we thought. The huge land, a very spacious house, clean and tidy, and a spectacular pool. Salva didn't put us any impediments on arrival or departure, very flexible and even helped us get there. Very responsive and kind. The house offers an impressive tranquility, it is phenomenal, it has a lot of garden and our 3 dogs have spent it big running around. Also everything is fine fenced and super safe for them. It has a BBQ area and all facilities are in pristine condition. It has been spectacular to be at Salva's house, and his attention even better. We'll do it again for sure. We were delighted, we couldn't have chosen better. Definitely met our expectations.

Lovely, modern 4 bedroom apartment with 4 separate bathrooms. Plenty of room for a large group. Location is close to Maritim metro station and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

Carmen apartment is very nice and clean. It is also very quiet so you can have a nice sleep 😴. Best thing in the apartment is terrace 😀 we had great breakfast every morning 😀😎. The market is 1 min from apartment…You can go by foot almost anywhere ( old town is 20 min, Turia park 15 min). My family and I really enjoy València and Carmen’s apartment 😀😀😀

the house is just like the very nice photos. Eduardo super majo recommended shops and things to see . The only thing is the access to the house that is on the same road and there is some noise x the cars but it was a great stay and I would surely repeat. Thank you very much Eduardo

The beautiful house, super clean and equipped with everything ne esario. The quiet area for a few days of relaxation, and in the surroundings many activities. It is a charm, attentive, friendly and willing to help in whatever it was, I recommend seeing a beautiful village on your own initiative, charming go. Unbeatable value, we repeat for sure!

We had a great time in Valencia staying at this place over Christmas. It is a great location in the old city. The place is quiet but you are near the centre, the market for food, restaurants and tapas bars, and lots of sights all within walking distance. Lucie is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful, and there is good local information at the flat. The sitting room is light, comfortable and spacious (though note the bedrooms do not have external windows).

A really good place to stay in Valencia. Francisco was very welcoming and helpful when we had to order a taxi etc.

Loved my stay at Alicia’s place. There were a few inconveniences such as some flooding (out of the hosts control) and some power issues - got figured out. I would stay there again if i came back to castelló

We’ve stayed with Susanna and Sandon in their lovely apartment before and we were fortunate to get to return to Valencia and stay with them again! Just as wonderful as we remember. A very cozy, but comfortable apartment. It feels very spacious. Excellent communication, great location, all the amenities we needed and the patio is outstanding! Enjoyed our evenings with a glass of wine out on the patio. Highly recommend!

Cool apartment, everything is present. Good location, close to the beach and bus stop. Sunny terrace and convenient that we could use the parking space for the bikes we had rented. Recommended!

Very clean, contemporary, and comfortable apartment with large terrace in a great location. A lovely place to be, with massive sofa and smart TV, and functional kitchen. Surrounded by great places to eat and drink, with wonderful bakeries and ice cream parlours within a minute's walk. Old Town is just a 5 minute stroll away. Communication from the owner was quick and friendly and it was easy to check in/out. The only slight issue we had is that the bedroom windows have shades rather than curtains/blinds/shutters, so if you prefer a very dark bedroom that's something to consider. Because of the window's location, it didn't get light until 8.30am (October), so it wasn't a major problem. The entrance to the building is down a short path that is around the back of restaurants, so it's not pretty but felt safe, and there was noise on some nights when bins were emptied. But you're in the city after all. All in all, we'd happily stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was perfect – close to beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

The apartment is as shown in the images, a fairly pleasant place to disconnect. The terrace is very spacious and perfectly furnished. The beach is very close and close to shopping areas. We will return. At all times they were aware of the doubts that arose at the entrance and departure and always with a lot of kindness and politeness.

Gianina was the perfect host, was always available and very helpful, arranged taxis and gave us numerous recommendations. I would recommend her beautiful apartment to everyone wanting a lovely holiday, near enough to Valencia city but away from the hustle and bustle. We would love to visit again.

We stayed for a month and we loved the place and the area so much that we are even thinking of buying a home in the area, which really right. The apartment is cozy, quiet, September has been the perfect month, next to a suitable beach. Directions of all kinds and help and support with everything we have needed. The fully equipped house, with everything, very well cared for, reaching the excellence of service and attention. Mega recommended.

Very good stay with Justiniano. Service of the apartment very well. Well located apartment to walk to the beach. Residence with children's park, swimming pool (in season) and paddle board court. Very accessible bus to go to the city center or the oceanografico/science museum!
