Impeccably prepared, beautiful, and clean space. The small cozy apartment was beautifully warm and the books, games, a booklet with trips, and other nice little things were just perfect. And the neighborhood is worth it! Recommended

Great apartment! We would have liked to have extended a few more days.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and made excursions to Bohemian Switzerland from there. House was clean and cozy. There was even a fireplace and our dog was also welcome. I highly recommend it!

He described it far too modestly! You have an entire house to yourself with five beds, two great bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, three bedrooms, 2 TVs. And last but not least, lives on the property a very nice, sweet Golden Retriver! I was there with a dog and both got along great. Parking in the yard.

Everything perfect! As a welcome, we even received 1 bottle of mulled wine and punch each. TV via internet, WiFi everywhere.

We stayed for an extended weekend and felt comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment was very spacious and perfectly met our expectations. Everything was very clean, so you felt right at home. Due to the quiet and rural surroundings, our four-legged friend has also got his money's worth.

Great place in terms of location. Great house, perfect for a trip with a larger group of friends. Contact with the owners was very quick and substantive

We were 3 families with children over the Christmas season in this great house. There was a lot of space, lovingly decorated, great property. In case of snowfall you need snow chains, as an access road, a very steep serpentine becomes ultra smooth. Above all, it was very cozy, like in a quaint mountain hut in the mountains. A large tiled stove could be fired up the whole day. We had a great time and did not want to leave.

Great and special place to stay. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Sleeping on the hayloft is really special :)

It was very nice and cozy. Ingo is a great host and was always helpful. We felt very comfortable. The location is beautiful and you can make great excursions from there. Gladly again!

We were Josephine's guests for 10 days and felt super comfortable. The apartment is really great and super suitable for 5 people. Beautiful large kitchen and large dining table where we also played a lot in the evening. In addition, there is a fireplace in the garden, which we used to bake bread with the kids. There was wood on site against a small obolus - really great! We can highly recommend the apartment! Thank you for the wonderful time! :-)

Beautiful house in a quiet location! Fast and uncomplicated communication from the host and Jan on site. Ideal for events with 10+ participants. We were there in January, so there was a lot of snow, but it is certainly also very nice in summer. However, a (hire) car is strongly recommended, also to take advantage of possible activities in the surrounding area (hiking trails, winter sports, etc.), as most of these are not within walking distance. We spent a lovely weekend in the house, there were several families with children, it was all there, well furnished. Had friendly contact from the beginning, everything worked out. Beautiful is also the park directly opposite or 10 minutes by car a small hike to the pickle stone, at the market - a few minutes walk - there is a great chocolate factory - everything is great! We felt very comfortable right away. Everything was perfect and the place was decorated with a lot of love for detail. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

It was difficult to get up the stairs, but the room was very clean.The kitchen was also fully equipped and convenient.The host was kind.

We were able to relax very well at Lana's place. The hostess is very friendly and especially the sauna area is a highlight and very nicely designed.

We visited for the 2nd time to snowboard. The place was great again and the communication was good. We will also be happy to come back next year.

As a large family, we enjoyed staying in the cabin very much. From check-in to activities in the vicinity, we were very satisfied. In the cabin itself, you could find everything you could need for everyday life or beautiful evenings.

The apartment was cozy and clean, located in a lovely village. It is hard to reach, if you are travelling by bicycle, the road is very tricky. We enjoyed the grilling facility outside the apartment, however there was no light. It is better to bring everything you need for grilling with you (oil etc). Communication with the host was friendly and she was very helpful in letting us check out late (we arrived later than expected and needed extra time to rest).

Thank you for a relaxing stay with you, Christine! :-) The apartment is very nice and I felt right at home. The surroundings invite you to relax from everyday life, outside there are fields and even some sheep are on the farm. A special energy is noticeable and I can only recommend the apartment. The apartment described corresponded absolutely to the description. We felt very comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the very well equipped kitchen. We can recommend this apartment 120%. Since we could not enjoy all the beauties of the Elbe sandstone mountains in the few days, we will come back 😀

Very quiet and nice place.

We stayed in Seiffen with our two small children for the weekend and the Erzalm was the perfect mix between relaxation (sauna and relaxation room) for the parents and entertainment for the kids (indoor playground, playground and reading corner, paddling pool, playground and marble court). So the kids, after all the Christmas decorating in the city, also got their money's worth. The apartment is beautifully decorated and invites you to relax.

There were three of us in the apartment for less than a week and had plenty of space. The apartment was very very clean and stocked with everything you might need. We also thought it was great to have a parking space right in front of the house. Check-in was hassle-free and communication with Carsten was straightforward and friendly. It was a very nice stay for us. Thank you!
