The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

We had a great stay at this beautiful villa. The host has thought of everything and villa is very well equipped. Host was very helpful and was available to help with any questions we had. A very peaceful and private villa.

We loved the house!! it has everything you need and was very clean! the very spacious indoor area and the outdoor area with the pool and the spectacular barbecue. we have really enjoyed these days. Also Patricia has been super attentive to everything and has solved everything to perfection! a pleasure! We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful holiday in Juan's home. It is located 2 min walk from a small family beach and other coves within walking distance where we were able to indulge in family snorkeling. We were also able to enjoy the pleasant pool in the house between two swimming at sea. Calafat is a quiet town on the Costa Dorada basically made of houses but with a small grocery store and restaurant all the same, far from the hustle and bustle of the Costa Brava and its tall buildings, which totally suited what we wanted. We still spent a day visiting Barcelona (at 1h30) and of course a day in Port Aventura (30 min). The children were delighted. The house has all the comforts you need, including fans in the bedrooms on the ceiling, which was much appreciated at night.Juan was responsive and friendly during our communications and Ana, who welcomed us on our arrival, very friendly. Thank you.

This property is superb! It was clean, modern and well equipped with everything we needed for our weekend away. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop views and terrace dining area. Swimming pool access was another highlight for us. Our group of 7 were able to fit well, and we would be happy to book another holiday here! Hosts Jose & Mercedes were helpful and accommodating, making the checkin and checkout processes smooth and easy. They made themselves available via message throughout our stay for assistance with booking paddel and miscellaneous questions. Highly recommend!

The casita is very good and has everything, well almost everything, we lack a fan in the rooms, we lacked oil and salt, q in the services it puts it, in the rules of the house they charge for everything and that should enter into what is contracted, but they are the rules… and if you want it.. but we have been very good.

The apartment is great, it's very spacious and has everything. The treatment with Vasily has been perfect, everything has been facilitated on his part and he has been careful to please. To put some "but" , the access to the underground garage floor is quite narrow, but with patience you can keep, I accessed with a van . Highly recommended!

We stayed at Ana's place for our last night of 19 days of traveling through Spain and wished we could have stayed longer! The weather was not great with a record-breaking DANA in Spain, but the rain broke for just enough time to walk up to the castle and see the beach. Ana was beyond kind and caring, especially in light of the DANA which had caused significant flooding in the Valencian region. She reached out ahead of time to be sure we were safe and offered to release us of our booking if we felt unsafe with traveling and cared enough to be sure we made it safely to the airport after leaving. The apartment was perfect! We especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, balconies, and having the garage right below the building to load/unload our luggage in bad weather. I highly recommend Ana's place! I wanted to give her a big hug for her kindness in a stressful time.

first of all I want to highlight Noemí's attention and especially of his father as hosts of the house. exquisite treatment and communication warm and comfortable place makes you feel like in your own home well communicated, close to anywhere,close to supermarkets and restaurants. amazing the truth. i would definitely do it again.

My partner and I were comfortable in the apartment. Communication was good at all times. We went down to see my family and the location was perfect for us, close to them and in a quiet area. The kitchen was equipped to be comfortable for a week.

The truth is that I am very happy, it was the first time we hibo so and everything was great. The new house, clean and with everything we needed for the days we were there, super attentive johan at all times. We will definitely repeat it!!!

With veronica everything great, everything can never be perfect, if there is anything to improve a little is only the initial access info to the apartment, pedestrian area, no call with Verónica it is difficult to check in !! Although not impossible. Everything else is great., the house has everything and clean and good.

It was one of the best stays on AirBnb. Owners of apartments personally met us and suggested best services nearby. The apartment is very cozy, the balcony is beautiful. Everything is clean, towels are new. Garage is in underground parking. My car was in a very safe place. Pool is not crowded, trees 🌲 in the garden smell so good. I like that area, we were able to walk every day to meet sunrises. It is only 5 min walking by foot to the sea. Beach is very beautiful and clean. Hope to come back again.

this apartment is in a nice location by the beach covered private parking place for 2 cars,s the apartment is spacious with all amenities you might need during your vacation. shops and restaurants are within walking distance Peniscola is lively with many restaurants and lots of nice shops a visit to the castle is well worth it nice places nearby are Benicarlo and Vinaros we can recommend this to anyone

Comfortable and nice apartment. Games and books for kids. Everything you will need in the kitchen. Underground parking. Through our stay it was extremely windy outside and there were drafts in the apartment. But with air conditioning everything was fine!

We have been very comfortable in the accommodation, it has everything you need to spend a few days with the family, everything clean and tidy, in a quiet area to go with small children, in a quite family development and the neighbors are also very friendly. For arrival at the apartment the very clear instructions, no problem to access, and with flexible arrival time and always quick response from Rubén. Everything phenomenal. Although we do not need it also garage plaza which in the area is to be valued as it is not always easy to park. For the same departure, everything is simple. Highly recommended! 😊
