The snowgum chalet was absolute serenity. A very peaceful and romantic get away for me and my partner. The only noise was from the ducks and birds which we loved. Very private and secluded. Pool was cold but the hot spa made up for it. Wendy was very accomodating and efficient in her responses. Thankyou for having us - beautiful weekend :)

We were stunned with the fantastic views we had to the mountains. From one bedroom we observed the most stunning red sunrise. The place has a few living areas, so we never get on top of each other. For nature lover this is the place to stay. There are a few recommendation for walk and hiking. On some even the dogs were allowed. The ripe figs on the trees in the backyard were a bonus. Also observing the many birds coming and feasting on the fruits. This is a place to relax and enjoy. Would recommend it anytime.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house with my family, and it truly felt like home. The house itself was stunning, with spacious rooms, tasteful decor, and all the amenities we could possibly need. The views were absolutely breathtaking—each window framed a picture-perfect landscape that made every moment feel magical. The town had so much to offer, with plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy. It was a perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to return.

Blue Mill Lodge is perfectly situated in a quiet location but only a short walk into the town centre., It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is also well set up for dogs, and our wee dog had a great time too. A highlight was watching the black cockatoos from the deck.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in the Alpines! The property was spotless, with clean bathrooms and well-maintained amenities. The pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One particularly helpful feature was the Tesla charger, which made traveling with our electric car incredibly convenient. The only downside was that the internet wasn’t working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. However, everything else about the house more than made up for it. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming back in the future!

Nina is a nice person, instructed everything clearly and explained about everything.The location was ideal, with stunning views. We had a wonderful family weekend away and this place is great for multiple families to stay together. The outdoor space is large and with easy access to the bike/walking path directly behind the house, it’s a short 5-10min ride into Bright. The infrared sauna was also a great touch and got plenty of use. Great place to stay overall and would stay here again.
