Cabin vacation rentals in Alouette Lake

This place is amazing. We were traveling with two families including a 2 and 4 year old- the stairs could be a worry for smaller babies but our toddler did fine going up and down! Comfy beds, lots of towels, everything you need! It’s a steep drive up and remote aside from the 5min drive to the mt range which is where we skied (the best skiing we have ever had!) good to be prepared with all food and drinks, the host was very communicative about that which was super helpful. We already want to book a trip next year!

Leith's place was awesome. There was ample space for my family of 6. The house was clean and Leith had a "house manual" on how to use stuff. When I did need to ask her questions she was super responsive and never left me hanging. We stayed here during the tail end of spring break to ski and man... this place gets a boatload of snow. Not a problem though because the house itself is super warm and toasty. I highly recommend. 5 stars out of 5, 100% would stay here again.

This place exceeded our expectations. Not only was it exactly as pictured and described on their website, but the extra amenities (toothbrushes, toothpastes), snacks, water, drinks, and even frozen pizza were such unexpected and yet truly appreciated touches! Construction was going on next door during our stay but the noise was not too disruptive. The view was unbeatable. We will definitely be back!

It looks like a perfect spring break for us. The kids cried because they didn't want to leave, so we promised to come back next time. I'm so glad we were able to make such great memories. Thank you. Lee and Jen

Amazing place, amazing host! Recommended!

Mark and Michelle's place was perfect for our family vacation. The main floor had a master bedroom and ensuite, which was perfect for my parents who aren't so great at stairs anymore, and the kids had a room all to themselves, which they loved. The property and its amenities like the pools and games room were a big hit with our family, and the live outdoor concert that happened to be on our last night made our stay even more memorable than we expected. Mark and Michelle are also great hosts. I highly recommend their listing!

My family had a great stay for the Family Day long week at Holly's place. We would definitely recommend this place for a big family looking for a fun ski weekend!

Our family always books a spot near to this location for our yearly vacation. This year our usual place had been sold, so we were very happy to find such a nice place nearby. Brent was very responsive, even stopping by to make sure the fireplace was working correctly. We will rent from Brent again.

Amazing cabin to stay at. We stayed for one night and went skiing the next. Lots of room for everyone.

This stay was exactly what we were hoping for— totally quiet, forest all around, cute cabin, clean, hot tub, dog-friendly, washer/dryer, complete kitchen, and close to Mt. Baker to ski. I noticed the hot tub was crystal clean— no dirt or anything at the bottom of the tub, as has been common in other places we have stayed. We enjoyed ourselves very much. My only comment is that $600/night is a lot to pay. I think that’s the going rate in the area and AirBNBs have just grown more expensive over time. This is a nice and basic cabin— not a luxury hotel by any means so it felt very expensive… but again, I think that’s just the way things are going nowadays.

We went with another family to spend Family Day in Linda's place. We all had a great time. We had a small problem where one item broke, and Linda was very responsive and helped us find a solution. It was great communicating with her. It is close to the trail where you can go sledding with the kids, and you can walk to the ski resort. We really liked that the table there was extendable and the 8 of us could fit in it. Be aware that the room on the top where our teenage kids stayed is only accessible with a ladder and can be risky for small children. Small children would need supervision. There are signs warning of potential snow or ice falling from the roof, so be careful not to park the car in front of the units. We did see all the snow and ice fall at once in an avalanche. Luckily someone came quickly with a snow plow to remove all the snow and ice from the front of the carport.

Amazing place to stay! The place was even better in person! Games room was a major hit and loved how close it is to getting to the lifts. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Brenda’s in every respect. The cottage is lovely and is embraced in a breathtaking countryside. The location couldn’t have been better for us, only minutes from everything we needed and a quick and easy route on/off the highway relieving us of any traffic issues. Although the purpose of our stay was for a weekend sporting event the Tradex, we were able to easily take a break here between games and decompress from our busy days. The horses were a wonderful touch, it’s what my daughter looked forward to the most. A simple encounter that ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Definitely keeping this place in my “favourites” folder for future trips.

We had a great time staying at the cabin. It was amazing to be right on the water. We were able to stay cozy from the rain outside while still getting to watch the beautiful lake.

Clean and comfortable for our family of 4. It had everything we need for a 2 nights stay. Amanda was very responsive and communicative throughout. When the wifi was down, they responded quickly and got it fixed right away.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The lake was minutes away, and the cottage came fully equipped with everything we needed to have a great time on the water. The host was very friendly and welcoming, and made the whole check-in process very easy. Would 10/10 stay here again, and recommend this cottage for other guests!

This was our second stay at Giovanna's place. It's an 11/10. It's big, comfortable, clean and so close to the mountain. A skiers paradise!

Emily prepared a nice bbq grill when she knew we were going to bbq. She’s also very responsive with all our questions. The community has a nice outdoor pool, gym, basketball court, kids play room and playground. Wish we could spend more time there.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this charming mountain cabin. The location was convenient a weekend getaway to Sasquatch and we enjoyed the views of the mountain from the living room. It's a very short drive to the ski hill/tubing area, and also walkable - one day we walked home from the hill with the kids. We also appreciated the driveway snow clearing service, as it snowed a lot when we were there! The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a well stocked kitchen to cozy bedding. Water pressure was good and there was plentiful hot water. Kids loved the Wii with Mario Kart. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Wish they still had a hot tub (we knew in advance they no longer do), otherwise we would happily stay there again!

Fantastic place to stay while skiing at Sasquatch Resort. Good set up for families. Technically walkable to the ski hills but much easier to drive still. Hosts were very responsive when the hot tub wasn’t getting warm and were able to troubleshoot it over the phone for us. Would definitely stay here again

It was a great pleasure to stay in this house. Enough space for everyone inside and many useful things which made our stay memorable. Bill is a great host and very communicative. We were lucky to find this place and meet Bill. I will recommend to everyone to stay in this place!
