Our group of 8 had a wonderful time at Elmira’s Airbnb. She was friendly and extremely responsive to any queries we had. The Airbnb was spacious, clean and in a perfect location right by the sea and a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Would highly recommend staying here!

I recently moved back to South Shields and stayed here whilst searching for a permanent rental and would highly recommend! The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, was spotless throughout and had all amenities you could need. The location was ideal; walking distance to the centre of South Shields as well as the beach with shops and restaurants on the doorstep, yet extremely peaceful inside. The bed was extremely comfortable. Colin made my stay great, he responded quickly throughout and even had the heating on before I arrived so the apartment was cosy when I got there. I ended up extending my stay privately with him. Couldn’t recommend more!

Helen and Peter were friendly hosts. When the weather got chilly Helen quickly turned up the heating. Views were amazing. Private off street parking definitely a bonus. Comfortable beds.

Perfect location for a few days in Newcastle, right in the centre. Accessing the apartment was easy with the instructions provided. Apartment was large and clean.

I couldn't recommend Will & Dawn's place more. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The instructions on how to find the place were detailed and Will was proactive in communication, ensuring we knew how to get there. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The place was done out to a very high spec. The pool was also a big draw which our four year old boy particularly enjoyed. The location was a great base for exploring Northumberland. We'll definitely be back

Lovely flat, central location. Such a nice cosy vibe and AMAZING bath. Easy communication and friendly host. I could have happily stayed longer and would come back again. Personally I found the main bed too soft so I slept on the sofa bed the second night which was much better for me and I slept fabulously. Also the town bells do ring a lot - I could tune it out but you may want ear plugs. Otherwise it’s a quiet peaceful town.

Everything was great, as described and gavin sent a very clear message on how to get in, where everything is, etc No complaints, would recommend!

As we are travelling in a large group of 12 persons, we are glad to have found this property in Sunderland that could cater to us under one roof and at the same time offering own space and privacy. We booked three units (2 ground floor units and 1 first floor unit) for 6 nights. The units were well equiped, modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. The apartment is located away from the city but close to Roker Beach and Roker Park. The Stadium of Light is about 15-mins walk. Tesco and the Metro station is about less than 10-mins walk. The area is peaceful and beautiful surrounding. We met Gaynor and her parents during our stay. Gaynor is such a wonderful host, very accommodating, responsive, and answered all our queries promptly. She was also receptive to our feedback. We would love to come back and stay at Gaynor's if we happen to visit Sunderland again. Highly recommended!

Excellent flat at an excellent location. Can easily walk to practically everywhere. The flat is comfortable and spacious and has adequate amenities for an enjoyable stay. The hosts, David and Donna, were very friendly and eager to deal with a couple of minor mishaps that occurred. Definitely would stay there in the future!!!

We had an amazing weekend here. The place is really clean and with lots of things to do like the pool table or hot tub. Bill was very helpful with everything from checking times to fixing problems. We would definitely come again.

The stay at this place is worth having good discussions and qualitative talks regarding the vacation around. I had a wonderful time at this place. The room as shown in the profile was the same, very up-to-date, crystal clean, and safe. The kitchen and washroom were clean and good to feel homely. Every aspect mentioned in the Airbnb Profile was the same as I experienced. This is rare to find. I would recommend him for the super host. He was genuine and supportive at times of any help. Had a fantastic stay in foundry farm arch celebrating my birthday. Enjoyed the hot tub. Bed really comfy and place had all the amenities you need. Lovely location. Would definitely recommend! 5*

We booked our stay with Tom very last minute. He was able to get us in and helped us with all our questions and needs. Place was a little cold but warmed up the next day. Bed was super comfortable and the unit has everything you need for cooking or warming up food. Spacious room and the living room felt like home. He has an amazing fire starter hot tub. He was gracious to drop us off at the Hexham train station and even brought us some birthday goodies to try. Great local beers!!! Tom was flexible on the time checking out which was stress free and super helpful! We will be back and will tell all our friends about this amazing place.

Lovely house, beautiful hot tub and gardens! Lovely welcome basket, clear instructions given and the host answered our phone call straight away when we were a bit confused as to which door to enter the property🤣. Would highly recommend!

Stayed here with a few friends and had a great time. Plenty of kitchen appliances to cook with and a clean space. Everything felt cosy and like you were at home. A great add on is the hot tub which was all sorted for us arriving! Would definitely recommend as it was a great find and easy to locate.
