Listing as described, modern , well designed and clean. From this accommodation you can access the city center and the City of Science by public transport. Small convenience store next door but for no restaurant nearby. Hosts have always been responsive in answering our questions with kindness.

Very comfortable, clean, and modern. This Airbnb had the most comfortable bed and nicest bedding I’ve come across in such accommodations. Alboraia is far outside the center of Valencia, but is a calm beach community walkable the La Malvarossa, El Cabanyal, and the Marina. You can access the center via bus or taxi. The garage parking space is tight, but there’s plentiful parking just outside, which we used.

The apartment was spotless, the sheets, towels and all the utensils very clean and ready for use. The owner always serves fast and open for possible needs. Everything has been great and we have been agusto. We were two adults and two girls. Very grateful to the host for everything. We will have this accommodation again on future visits to Valencia.

Very good experience. Perfect villa for going in large groups. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped to be able to cook without a problem. Beds were comfortable. The facilities were very well cared for and perfect for use. Ana was attentive at all times. I highly recommend it.

Super clean and useful space near the waterfront, about 10-15minute drive from the center of Valencia. Comfortable and useful with a washer/dryer and secure parking. Host was super friendly and helpful. Great place to stop in a great city.

Everything was perfect! Accommodation of impeccable cleanliness with all the essentials for a great stay (hygiene products, towels, coffee and condiments). The living room is very large and comfortable to stay in. The master bedroom with its private bathroom is fine. The other two bedrooms also have a bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway. Perfect welcome, Magda is an extraordinary kindness. Air conditioning is in the hallway that gives access to the bedrooms. It allows you to spend a night in the cool which is very nice with the heat. The views are simply beautiful! The garage next to the apartment with the private space is a real plus even if we had no worries about parking in front of the apartment. Perfect value for money! We will come back without hesitation!

We stayed for a month and we loved the place and the area so much that we are even thinking of buying a home in the area, which really right. M Angeles is one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of dealing with in all these years traveling and using AirBnB around the world. The apartment is cozy, quiet, September has been the perfect month, next to a suitable beach. Directions of all kinds and help and support with everything we have needed. The fully equipped house, with everything, very well cared for, reaching the excellence of service and attention. Mega recommended.
