Karl is an excellent host, very thoughtful and helpful, the house was clean and very well presented. I would recommend and great value for money.

We loved our stay here. The enclosed garden is perfect for dogs and children. The kitchen is really well equipped and had things like coffee and tea which we wouldn’t have expected to find. Rob was really helpful and sent us messages with any info we needed. The location of the caravan is gorgeous and has some lovely walks right on the doorstep and loads of wildlife to watch.

We had a really lovely stay at this property. The house was clean and Francis had been so thoughtful and left us a little pressie under the tree! We didn’t want for anything while we stayed ☺️ We felt very much at home and enjoyed the music selection!!

A lovely comfortable & homely cottage, large well equipped kitchen, great for us as we enjoy cooking while away. comfortable bed & powerful over bath shower. Very clean throughout. We enjoyed the log burning stove but the heating was very adequate. Totally secure garden great for the dogs, & in summer would imagine its an added bonus sitting outside.

Lovely house in a great location only 10 minutes walk into York. Great with dogs we took our two and having the enclosed courtyard at the back was brilliant. House was cozy and very comfortable.

Cute and cosy cottage, an easy walk from the centre. Impeccably presented and spotlessly clean. Plenty of room for 4 adults and a dog. Grant's correspondence was friendly and helpful, he even contacted us to allow us to check in earlier as the property was ready for us. On street parking was really easy and the location was quiet but close to everything that York has to offer. Good food and friendly atmosphere at the local pub, the Rose and Crown, just around the corner. Will definitely use again if Grant will have us back!

We are just back from a wonderful stay at Whitehead Hill house. We are a group of two families - parents and two little Girls each. We loved how cosy and clean the house was. Lovely decor and comfortable beds. Our kids felt straight at home and loved unpacking their things in the rooms and the communal sitting room was spacious enough for us all. The kitchen had essentials like cleaning products and tinfoil etc. the house is so close to the seafront and the kids loved the amusements and beach. We would love to visit again :)

We booked Charlotte Cottage as it allowed us to take our dog Milo a recent addition to our family. The cottage was amazing with some beautiful views across the grounds of Langton Hall and Milo absolutely loved it, taking advantage of being off lead and getting plenty of exercise. We didn't get the chance to utilise all of the facilities including the badminton court, tennis court, bar and snooker room and gym, and the outdoor swimming pool (which wasn't open as it was pre-season), as the cottage was that cosy we just didn't want to leave it. We did venture out on the Saturday and went to Malton which is literally a 10 minute drive away and easy to find. We have told all our family about Langton Hall and we are already trying to organise another visit with some of the nieces and nephews and their fur babies too. Thank you Ellie for being a super host and we will see you again very soon.

Lovely stay, shepherds hut was well equipped and had all you needed and was nice and cosy inside… outdoor space was also great and we loved the hot tub and bbq facilities which were provided. Gillan was a great host and showed us around, but privacy was not invaded which we liked. Would definitely recommend a stay here

I can’t recommend this stay enough we had all the check in information and features before our arrival making it seamless. The cottage was beautiful, so many little touches that just made for a great stay from the minute we arrived. We will definitely be back x

We had a lovely weekend at Lee’s place. It was clean and comfortable. There is plenty to do around the area and a short walk to the beach.

We stayed here for Christmas and must say the home was wonderful and decorated lovely for Christmas too the bedrooms were big and spacious and the livingroom was homley and welcoming. Over all a fabulous stay in a wonderful home.

Emma's Airbnb was fantastic. My friends and I loved staying in this cozy space for the weekend at Scarborough and wouldn't mind coming back for our next visit. The stay is in a lovely area quite close to the station and corner stores for things that you might need. We also really appreciated the welcome that Emma had given us to the Airbnb. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone planning a visit to Scarborough!

I recently stayed at this beautiful chalet with my family, which I booked through Airbnb. It was my son's birthday, and he was overjoyed with our stay. The location was perfect, just about 3-4 minutes walk from the beach. Chalet has its own stunning views of this huge field in making with birds chirping sound for to enjoy sunsets and sunrises. The place was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a memorable family getaway. The interior was tastefully decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our meals, which we enjoyed on the deck. Our host Irene was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Learned friendly greetings in Urdu to say during our communications through emails and phone, WOW. Communication was prompt and easy, and we appreciated the helpful tips and local recommendations provided. Overall, we had an amazing experience at this chalet, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful gateway.

Simon & Lynne made us feel very welcome during our stay. Little things like rearranging the bedrooms to suit our sleeping preferences, and having champagne and music on as we walked through the door really made a difference! The cottage is in a lovely part of Yorkshire, perfect weekend getaway if you need a bit of peace and quiet outside of the city.

We stayed for 3 nights for my wife’s birthday, The lodge was absolutely beautiful, Very peaceful and helpful staff on sight also, Check in was a breeze, Lodge was ready earlier than expected which was a bonus, Hottub was amazing, Cannot wait to stay again and was well worth the 3 hour drive :)

We had a lovely relaxing time. The hot tub is such a great way to unwind, the accommodation spotlessly clean and the nearby town of Howden has some great places to eat (Kitchen is an amazing restaurant/cafe/bakery). The weather was terrible but that’s no one’s fault!

This was a wonderful stay with Mary and her partner who both made me feel welcome and at home. Both the peaceful aesthetic of the 'hut' combined with occasional appearance of some very well behaved and good natured animal companions made this stay unforgettable. I highly recommend the 'hut' to anyone looking for a pleasant experience in this quaint seaside getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops. Belinda’s chalet is spotlessly clean, with lovely attention to detail in terms of decor/accessories. It is also in an excellent location, close to the seafront and just a few minutes walk along the prom into Bridlington. A cosy base for our mini break I can thoroughly recommend it!
