Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Allenspark

We stayed at Mara's while a family member was being evaluated at an area hospital. The location was just a short drive from the hospital and it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay in close proximity to the hospital. After the snow storm, Mara contacted me to let me know someone would be by to shovel the front steps and they were. Thank you!

Location and house were great and the hosts were awesome!

We enjoyed our weekend here. The location was perfect. Close to downtown and trails. The house was clean and decked out for Halloween. Every room had an extra touch that made the entire house homey and inviting.

We loved the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to parks, shopping, and restaurants. Our kids enjoyed playing in the backyard and with all of the toys in the house. Will have to keep this house in mind if we travel to the area again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful location and clean. Mattresses a bit soft for my tastes with depressions on each half of master bedroom mattress with a mound in the middle. Welcome notebooks helpful. Alysha was very responsive from before booking onward!

We hosted a birthday/christmas celebration one day we were there. The kitchen -dining room were great, and the game room was a big hit. Everyone had such a good time we decided to use Gregs home again next year.

The communication was amazing! We were able to do a small get together for my daughter’s birthday they were super welcoming and nice! We thought we would have more guests and were super understanding. They left us snacks and drinks and we appreciated it very much! The games were a great addition. Will definitely be using them again!

The Airbnb was super squeaky clean and the home felt very cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and the home was well stocked. We never visited downtown Arvada during our trip but the property is only a few blocks from a cute strip of restaurants and shops that’s closed to cars. Our gracious hosts were super responsive to our questions. Would love to stay here again soon!

This Airbnb is clean, perfect for 2, and up to date appliances We brought our dog who loved the outdoor space and Jessica had spare dog bowls and pad for our dog to lay on. Close to neighborhoods with food and shopping. Great stay and would recommend!

This was a LOVELY place to stay in Littleton, CO. We hope to stay here whenever we visit our son. The home was very clean with wonderful soft beds. Great HOT shower with lots of towels. The kitchenette would be great for longer stay. We had a great time.

This is a beautiful, quite, and safe location that's close enough to everything FtCollins (restaurants, things to do, etc). The host was wonderful and very communicative, easy to get hold of with any questions that we had. We'd definitely stay here again.

I have been visiting Kremmling all my life (75 years). It is a small town in a beautiful area. Joanna's accommodations are not fancy but they are very comfortable, very clean, and WARM. On the day we departed the morning low was 0degrees F, but the apartment was as warm and cozy and quiet as you could hope. No room-to-room or outside noise as might be expected at a motel or hotel. The town has three very reasonable family-style restaurants. Most of all, I am a pilot who flies my own light plane and Joanna's VRBO is within walking distance of McElroy Airfield with a 5500' x 75' paved and lighted runway, clear approaches, avgas, Jet-A, and hangar space available if reserved. Located 55 miles East of Steamboat, 45 miles NW of Breckenridge, and 40 miles West of Winter Park--there is so much to do and see in Kremmling.

Can’t say enough about Daniel’s place. It was superb. Such a beautiful place and convenient to lots of the night life and restaurants. Only hiccup was getting in initially but it was operator error on my part. Once Daniel responded he talked me through getting in, staying in the phone with me until I was in the unit. He was responsive, kind and helpful. If you are staying in Denver, don’t miss out on this place. Great location, great host, and great price to go with the very beautiful space! 5 stars

Great setup! Clean and had all amenities as pictured! Was in the basement unit but noise from above was extremely minimal! Great setup for the price. Would stay again!

Great condo. Spotlessly clean. Has everything you could possibly need. Susan was super responsive and helpful.

This is a great Condo and is very well taken care of. We stayed there just before ski season and were just there to enjoy the surroundings. We could see that this is perfect for a ski outing and had ski lockers onsite and very close to shuttle stops. We will definitely consider staying here again during ski season!

This was our second stay at Dena & Mike’s place and it was just as wonderful the second time! It is just the coziest spot that feels like home! It had every amenity we could need for both us and our kids. The kids loved the bunk room and all the special touches (coloring books!) they provided. It’s close to so much including great hikes, in which Dena & Mike had a list of great family-friendly options. We enjoyed the puzzles and board games they provided during the rainy Colorado afternoons. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place - new, well equipped, and clean. Because it's off-season, kind of felt like we had the complex to ourselves, nice & quiet. My one demerit, perhaps because of my age, is that getting to the room from the parking lot involved too many staircases. Probably not an issue for younger people but for folks in their late 60s & 70s, definitely something to bear in mind.

This place was fantastic for my family! We had a weekend wedding and it was clean, private and perfectly accomodating! Our host was also extremely responsive and we loved the space! Perfect for a family of 4 with 2 kids!
