Cozy, quaint Sweden house in a quiet location and beautiful surroundings. With sauna and fireplace just beautiful.

It was a wonderful stay on Lake Eder in a magnificent wooden house. From the very friendly hosts, we were always provided with great tips for suitable fishing spots and hiking trails with great views. Glad to come back!

We spend a wonderfull weekend in Elpe. Full of snow😊 extremely beautiful. Loved the Sauerland landscape and to return in the house was so convenient. All you need is there. Wood heater for a cosy atmosphere, very nice and large television. And not to forget the great bakery just around the corner! We hope to come back one day!

We had a lovely, cozy and relaxed extended weekend in this cozy cottage. The bed was super comfortable and the view from this simply fantastic. The sauna, fireplace and bathtub made our wellness weekend perfect. Communication went smoothly and the instructions for the flexible self-check-in very clear. The house is in a quiet cottage settlement and is therefore perfect for a quiet holiday away from noise and hustle and bustle. You can walk directly from the house on the lake. The equipment of the house is top. Everything we needed was already there and in very good condition. We would come back any time and fully recommend the cottage.

We had a nice getaway in the apartment. We will come back on occasion gladly.

We had a pleasant stay (3 days/2 nights) in the accommodation. Ideal for a quiet weekend. You are quickly in nature for a walk. The closest supermarket can be reached by car in 10/15 minutes depending on the weather. We have already arrived with food and found everything else in the accommodation (salt, enough dishes, various cans, pans, etc.) to provide for us. There is an introduction from the owner if you want to use the fireplace. In warm weather, the balcony overlooking the trees behind the house can instead be used. Bed linen, Zewa, dishwashingsponge, etc. Is not available and must either be booked or brought along. We were completely satisfied.

We had a fantastic stay! Carsten is friendly, communicative and gives a lot of information. This information can also be found in leaflets in the house. There is the possibility to contact Carsten at all times, should this be necessary. The house is beautiful, spacious and very clean and tidy. I think a clean home is very important to me, and the house was very clean! The beds also sleep wonderfully. On vacation, I often don't sleep so well, but here I slept wonderfully. Our children also slept wonderfully. For the kids, there was a playroom with lots of nice toys. Our kids played nicely, and they didn't want to go home! Very child-friendly. Everything is provided: there are hair dryers, more than enough towels, well-functioning WiFi, very nice kitchen appliances, everything works well. The area is also beautiful. Very quiet and sweet. The neighbors are also very friendly. I visited some Airbnbs but this was the best until now. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable. There was a lot of amenities and also some that you wouldn't have expected for the price. Very great, happy to come back!

Beautiful large house where you don't get in each other's way. And if you're lucky, you have beautiful sunrises with fog in the valley. In the forest behind the cottage you will find a nice place where you can pamper your feet in a natural foot bath after a brisk walk. We enjoyed Will definitely come back again

We stayed 2 nights in this fantastically beautifully furnished apartment and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment is very loving, prepared with small very discreet accents and everything you need. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. We entered the apartment, it was already preheated and small lights welcomed us. Thank you very much and look forward to seeing you again.

We enjoyed and relaxed. The area was great and there is much to do. We were lucky and were able to ski another day in Winterberg which is a 20 min drive.
