There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath (which is accessible by going through master bedroom), a full kitchen with modern appliances and a living area. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a beautiful skylight. Access to a laundry room that is shared with the owner.

Beautiful 1700 sq ft loft apartment. Located in historic north side. Minutes from both the stadiums, night life, casino, and museums! Best suited for 2 but can accommodate 4. Hard wood floors. Exposed brick. Huge state of the art kitchen. Beautifully executed bathroom with a walk in shower and massive soaking tub. If the bathtub isn't enough for you there is a hot tub located in the light well 1 floor down from the loft. Our other AirB&B is a Plus.

Oh my goodness! Rick is so thoughtful! And super communicative! He provided incredibly detailed information about how to access the house and the parking. Additionally, he had so many thoughtful details in the house in the way of snacks and beautiful flowers. And while we didn’t take advantage of the extensive list of restaurants because of being in town for the holidays, it was really nice how much information he provided. It was a great location especially to our family in Squirrel Hill.

Jeffrey was responsive and clear in his instructions. He even laid the roses out on the bed as requested and accommodated our second car so we didn’t have to park on the street. It was a great stay!

The apartment was beautiful! It was an amazing location - walkable to almost everywhere we wanted to go. The views from the apartment were spectacular! And, the apartment had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive to our needs. The only negative was that the parking promised did fall through. We were able to find an alternative that worked - but it caused a little extra stress a couple of days before we were leaving.

We had a great stay at Charissa's place, it was even better than we anticipated. We used it for a multi-generational hangout, from a 1 year old to 76 year olds. There was space for some of us to go downstairs and watch movies, plus play ping pong, a large dining room table that sat 8 comfortably for meals and games, a second living that offered games, puzzles, and a few kids toys, plus a hot tub outside that was clean and had a view of the golf course. Overall, it was a great space for us. A couple things to know, there are two bathrooms, one up and one down. The house is easy to get into, with minimal stairs in the entryway. The house is in a great area, we walked down to the school and back in the morning, there are no sidewalks but it's a quiet street. The 1 year old needed to take a nap in the afternoon, and with the sound machine they normally put on for naps, she slept soundly and did not hear all the activity downstairs. Thanks for everything, we enjoyed our stay!

The PERFECT place to stay in Pittsburgh ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place has cool decor, comfortable furnishings and enjoyable amenities to make a memorable stay! We loved competing for high scores on the arcade machine and enjoyed the outdoor space for relaxing evenings. The location was perfect for us too, driving all over the city for fun excursions and then coming back for excellent dining options only short a walk away. The parking is tight but we never had an issue finding a spot. Everything about our stay was superb and it truly was due to the convenience that this place provided us.

This has been the most incredible home we've stayed in to date. The house was so clean! The style was unique and fresh. The house was well stocked with everything you could think of. Fresh flowers in the formal dining room was a bonus for sure. They made the property walk-in ready, raising the hot tub temp for our arrival 😁 We even booked extra days because it was too good to leave! We will be requesting this property anytime we are in the area! Highly recommended!!!
