Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Allegan County

Clean, comfortable, relaxing. Had everything we needed. Close to South Haven. Good communication from host. We would stay here again.

GREAT place for a big family gathering! My extended family of 17 (with 10 kids) gathers every year and this place was absolutely perfect. Everyone had a place to sleep comfortably and the pool was big and perfect entertainment for all the kids. The home was super kid friendly and made you feel at ease. We really enjoyed using the black stone and the grill. The kitchen was also in great shape. The host was responsive to a few questions we had and quick to solve any issues that came up! Seriously if you need a place to gather with a large family that’s in a nice neighborhood stay here!

We absolutely loved staying here for a girls weekend. The house is styled so well, incredibly clean, and very spacious. When they say the kitchen is fully stocked, they mean it, it has everything you need. We would absolutely come back here in a heartbeat!

Keely’s place was great for our weekend getaway. The location was amazing! Very close to town but the place still felt private. The fenced in backyard was great for pets. The home was very comfortable with so many cute touches. The place had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. Keely was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Sean's place was perfect for our girls weekend. Great amenities, we lacked for nothing. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to shops and restaurants. We especially loved the closed in front porch where we spent much of our time there. We're already talking about our return trip.

This was the perfect place for our group! The house has plenty of places to sleep, a beautiful screened in porch and a nice backyard! There is a walking path right across the street from where we were staying and everything is within a 5 minute drive. We would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Sarah's house. There is a ton of space, lots of beds and 3 bathrooms, which was helpful. The beds were comfortable and there is a nice yard with a fire pit in the backyard. Sarah was flexible and accommodated a last minute request to bring a dog, which was very kind. would definitely stay here again!

Chris and Carroll were awesome! The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a lovely stay and as Hosts they were accommodating to us from flying in from out of state and all the recommendations and useful materials for a great stay made our time a real treat. A home with the rich history of family made our time even more delightful! Thank you!

The location of this Airbnb is 10/10! We only used our car once to drive to Oval beach, we walked everywhere else. The Airbnb itself was beautiful, on the inside and out.

Fantastic stay! The location is close to both Holland and Saugatuck. Peaceful and quiet, loved the ambience. Very easy to find, no problems with checking in. Looking forward to another stay in the future!

Our stay here was fantastic. We have visited Saugatuck numerous times, coming up at least four times a year, and this was one of the better places we have stayed! Plenty of room for the two of us, and our two small dogs, very walkable, great on site parking And the bed linens and pillows were amazing! Felt very comfortable here!

The pictures don’t do it justice, you have to stay there to really see how gorgeous it is.. it was so extremely peaceful and welcoming pulling up. I arrived at night and there were two Christmas trees already lit that looked so beautiful at the main house. I would absolutely stay here again, the location is absolutely beautiful and just what I needed!

Justine was so responsive from the moment I booked until the day we checked in. Whenever she responded to a question, you could almost “hear the smile on her face” - she was very kind. We would definitely recommend working with Justine as well as staying in the Family Flat location. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, homey, and in an amazing location.

The space and amenities were lovely. We met Sara when we arrived, and she was very helpful with local recommendations and giving us an overview of the property. We went to one of the restaurants she suggested for dinner, and it was excellent. The kitchen in the unit was so nice, we wish we had planned to cook a meal while we were there. The livingroom and dining room were ideal for relaxing, snacking, and chatting. Very comfortable beds. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy, we wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed here for our anniversary weekend and we absolutely loved it. It was a beautiful little apartment. Very clean. He even left us a bottle of Prosecco with a happy anniversary note, a couple of bottles of water,coke and beers! Also plenty of complimentary snacks too. So Peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the outside fire pit/grill but it looked lovely. 5 min drive to downtown Saugatuck. You could walk but we just chose to drive. Great restaurants and nightlife. We will definitely be back again!

Mill Pond made it extremely easy to check in, being accommodating to our late arrival time. They were proactive in reaching out to me with check-in instructions, called me the morning after I checked in to make sure we didn't have any issues, and were very helpful with local recommendations. The location of this unit is hard to beat, given how close it is to downtown Saugatuck. I will definitely be back, thank you Mill Pond!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was great. The fireplace is nice to have in winter. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We would stay again. Thank u for a great weekend.

What an outstanding spot to enjoy the beauty of Saugatuck/Douglas! This charming condo, right on the river, offers a beautiful deck where you can watch the boats sail by and see some of the fun and music across the river, but still have your own private and quiet space. It's conveniently located next to the ferry, which runs every 15 minutes, making it easy to explore both sides of the river. The condo is fully equipped and also includes access to all the amenities and services of the adjacent Beachway Resort hotel. We actually worked remotely from the condo each day and then headed out for the day - wifi and seating was perfect for working remote, though perhaps only 1 zoom call at a time unless you can take one from the bedroom. The resort staff were excellent, but Kim's welcoming, proactive and responsive communication made us feel safe and right at home. We highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to returning soon!

What a fabulous location! It was near everything we wanted to see and so walkable. We enjoyed the Kalamazoo River view from the deck, perfect for morning coffee and evening happy hour. Speaking of coffee. . . thank you for offering a choice for coffee making, drip and Keurig. We used the drip coffee (and filters) you provided then purchased more at Uncommon Coffee Roasters. Delicious! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Beautiful residence, fully equipped with everything you might need. Clean, comfy bed. Close to everything. Would definitely recommend and plan to return!

Very cute, exactly like the description. Terrific location close to downtown Douglas, Saugatuck, and several absolutely stunning beaches. The only complaint I have is that there's a cleaning fee on top of a list of chores to do before you leave.

This three bedroom/ two full baths condo was perfect for my husband and me and four adult daughters! It was a lovely winter get away and a perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops in Saugatuck. It was a very short drive to Oval Beach where we watched a beautiful sunset. The kitchen had all we needed, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were super clean with plenty of towels. Although very cold outside, the condo was cozy and warm. Best of all was Brenden’s caring and responsive communication. Upon arrival, we noticed the couch was sagging on one end and a bit uncomfortable; I texted Brenden to just let him know (not expecting anything could be done during our visit). He was so apologetic, offered a discount and the next morning, he was calling me to say he was delivering a new couch that afternoon in freezing weather! We were so impressed with his attention to wanting our stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. We would love to stay here again !

We stayed for two nights in December and it was so nice to have a fireplace! The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Steve sent emails that answered any possible questions I could have had. I would stay here again!
