Beach house vacation rentals in Alki Beach

we had another aweso.e stay and felt very welcomed. it was our 2nd time staying there. Michael & his team are awesome with communication and rate them a d the place very high.

This was a gorgeous little cottage getaway in every imaginable way. Not only was the view here stunning, but Bainbridge Island is the perfect place for a weekend away. It was adorable, easy to drive and walk to multiple locations, and full of great food, activities, and kind people. The house's amenities were also phenomenal, especially the outdoor space and salt-water hot tub. Shannon has thought through every detail, with everything you could need for making the most of your stay, plus delightful touches, like Pegasus coffee and half and half ready for your morning and a gift card for delicious Italian food that was just a short walk up the road. She even had EV charging that made things super easy for our transportation. This was exactly the escape we needed as greater Seattle area residents, and recommend for locals or out-of-towners alike.

Very cute place. Quiet location, yet close to all the good Alki stuff. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at The Lookout. The house was as described. It was clean with a beautiful view of Puget Sound and very peaceful with lovely sounds of the waves on the sore. Bainbridge Island was a great area to explore with excellent restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Gorgeous home, unbeatable views. Our stay was so enjoyable and comfortable, the house was spacious and well apportioned. The beach was fantastic. Amazing neighborhood, both quiet and within walking distance of restaurants. Super responsive hosts and super helpful as we forgot a few items.

The property was as described. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the necessities, so if you plan on cooking your meals, this is a place for you. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and the rest are on the lower level. Heated floors in the kitchen and main bathroom are a nice bonus. Our two 10 year old boys enjoyed the game room and sleeping on the bunk bed. We explored the beach outside during the low tide. The kids had fun finding oysters, clams, crabs and other small sea creatures. Taking a ferry to Seattle out of Bremerton was easy. We stayed in February, so I'm sure a summer vacation would be even more fun with water activities.

Our family had an outstanding stay in the condo! The location was fantastic. To be within walking distance to the convention center while also being right around the corner from Pike’s Place Market and so many other great activities made this an ideal spot for our Seattle vacation/conference. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all in excellent condition. Building staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to have free parking for our rental car so that we could enjoy day trips to Olympic National Park and north Seattle area. It was great to be able to come back to the condo and just relax and enjoy a fantastic view of the Puget Sound and the Market. Highly recommend!

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

I recently stayed at this fantastic house in Shoreline, WA, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The highlight was the breathtaking view of Puget Sound—each morning, we were greeted with a stunning panorama that made our stay unforgettable. The house was incredibly well-suited for our family, especially with teens. The layout and amenities were perfect for keeping everyone entertained and comfortable. We particularly loved the chef-style kitchen, which allowed us to prepare and enjoy most of our meals together while soaking in the amazing view. The location couldn’t have been better—conveniently close to local attractions and yet nestled in a serene spot that made us feel like we were away from it all. If you're here on Saturday, don't forget to visit the Edmonds Farmer's Market. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.

Cas’,s place was fantastic. It was exactly what me and my family wanted. We enjoyed all the wonderful amenities, from the hot tub, sauna, massage chair, massive tv. It was so relaxing and peaceful. Waking up to fresh ocean air, and beautiful views was amazing. We also made a huge meal in completely equipped kitchen with a commercial stove!! We would love to stay here again, and am planning another event here in the Summer.

Lovely place! Alex was very helpful and had lots of recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The pool was nice and the sauna was even better! And the best thing was how easy it was to walk to the space needle and pike place! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

This house served as our last minute Christmas holiday HQ, and it did not disappoint. We arrived Christmas Eve to find a lovely lit tree in the living room, framed by huge walk out windows framing Puget Sound and the passing Bremerton ferry. Hosts were also proactive, super responsive , friendly and flexible! I grew up in the area and had no idea this place existed. Hosts were clear about the long wooded road in but it added to the ambiance—feels like you're on planet Endor with lush greenery and old growth trees. It's one of the few areas of Bremerton that hasn't been heavily developed so if you're looking for privacy and a place to cozy up on the waterfront, highly recommend!

Mike has been one of the most attentive & friendly hosts that I have ever stayed with. They really make sure that you have everything you need, proactively checking in to ensure everything is comfortable for your stay. It felt like staying with extended family of sorts. this’s the fourth time I stay here and and we’ll continue to visit every year. This house is truly perfect for a getaway from the city. We loved getting to sit by the water and listen to the birds. The house is well stocked with everything you could need, Thank you Mike for sharing your beautiful home 🥂

Great location, easy check in, and prompt communication. Being directly on the beach with our three dogs was a blast. The market next door was great for a quick bite, snacks, and drinks. We'll definitely stay here again

What a wonderful house and location to spend a few days relaxing. The views from the house are incredible and it's located in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is a two minute walk from the house and there are also several areas to walk to enjoy the beauty of the area. Kimbra was so responsive before and throughout our stay and made us feel right at home. We can't wait to go back again and enjoy such a wonderful setting and house.

I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with family! I have two littles, and she had enough inside/outside amenities for kids. 10/10.

This place is just AMAZING! We rented this home to be "base" for our daughters wedding. From beginning to end, it far exceeded our expectations!! The home is just beautiful and spacious and really cannot say enough about the views!!! Just stunning. We were able to do all our activities (from hosting a dinner party to having all the bridesmaids do hair/makeup) with ease. We loved the spacious gathering areas inside and outside that were comfy and beautiful. We definitely would love to come back because the only thing we were sad about was that we were so busy all 4 days with wedding activities we didn't get to enjoy the house to the maximum. :) Love this property and the host.

We LOVED our stay at Julie’s place. The house was cozy and full of nice touches. The views from the back deck are stunning. The kitchen was fully stocked. Perfect place for a family to gather! The host was very flexible, allowed us to check in early which was great when traveling with an adult with a disability and a baby. We will definitely want to come back in the summer to enjoy all the home has to offer.
