Our attic has 2 fully-furnished bedrooms (1 of them with a terrace), a full bathroom and a living-room. All of these areas are placed on the 2nd floor of a newly built detached house. Full kitchen Our guests will have a key for each bedroom in order to save their belongings and preserve their privacy. Every space in the attic has plenty of natural light and nice views of the city. The house is placed only 500 meters from the city center, as well as only 42 km away from the beach.

It is a very cozy independent studio, rural style, close to the sea and with all amenities. Private entrance with bathroom, bedroom (hot/cold air) and living room (fridge, microwave and coffee maker). Outdoor area with parking, terrace, garden and barbecue. On the farm there are 3 friendly cats and a small organic orchard. Located 50 meters from the sea, next to the seafront promenade of the marine reserve, a place with a lot of charm and tranquility.

Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay with nature on the mountain and ocean view. Watching a sunset and sunrise from this height makes it unique. It's a quiet area and it's a 5 minute drive to town. There are all the necessary utensils for bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Air conditioning cannot be plugged in if no one is home.
