Vacation rentals with a patio in Alfama, Lisbon

We had a great stay at Telma's place! Beautiful views, walkable location, and a very friendly host. We would stay again if in Lisbon. The photos don't do this space justice.

Natacha was very nice. We arrived late at night, and Natacha was still waiting for us. It was already after midnight. The check in and out was very smooth. And the house is really not far away from the beach. I think in less than 10 minutes walk. One highlight is the Sushi restaurant in the same building on the ground floor. It was probably one of the best I tried in Europe. Just check the rating and photos on Google. However due to the restaurant, it was loud for this apartment, which is right above it. So if you have a problem with it, you might need to think twice. Last but not least, a café was just across the street. A supermarket was also within walk distance. A lot of parking place was right in front of the building. All together, we are satisfied.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Great unit and location. There were fresh flowers and a nice hand written postcard waiting for me at arrival. The host were very responsive. There are great restaurants so close and even a community center next door with music events

The host was really kind and helpful, despite the fact that we arrived very late and after the agreed time, he was always friendly and smiling. The house is great, the terrace is large. we will surely come back during our next stay in Lisbon.

This was a very comfortable apartment which provided us with a quiet and comfortable base from which to explore Lisbon. The outside terrace was a lovely little haven where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The apartment was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable, which meant we were well rested. Would recommend this apartment as a quiet, comfortable base from which to explore. Be aware that for those who aren't able to manage stairs this may not be the best option as it is on the 3rd floor, but for us this wasn't an issue and we both enjoyed our stay. Thanks very much.

Carlos was an outstanding host who went above and beyond, even helping us carry all our luggage upstairs. Please make sure to arrange for his assistance before booking, as the unit doesn't have an elevator, and the stairs can be challenging for older guests. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos, though it would have been more convenient to have a shower instead of a long bathtub. As four women in our 60s, getting in and out of the bath was a bit difficult. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, and Carlos’s service truly deserves a 5-star rating.

If you’re looking for a peaceful place near the Ocean and Lisbon - this house would be your best choice! The ocean only in 5min walk from the location, restaurants and shops also nearby in 2-3min as well as a good park with tennis courts and a lot of places for yoga. The house itself is spacious, bright and filled with everything you need. It really feels like a home! The owner very responsive and friendly. The distance to the Lisbon 15min by car (10-15€ by Uber). Also there are a lot of places for surfing. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back again!

The place is perfect, a quiet fishing village where we could enjoy the sea as soon as we wake up the day. Claudia was super helpful with us. Details like a wine on arrival and even everything I need for myself. The house is very clean, modern and cozy. Total freedom to arrive and march and during the stay. We had an amazing stay. Susana was a wonderful host and we really enjoyed days by the pool. It was easy to get to and from shops via Uber. House was very very clean and plenty of towels/linen etc. Very nice stay if you want a peaceful holiday where you don’t want to be in the city the whole time. We will be back!

Amazing house and super friendly host! Highly recommended! We spend a few days with the family and everything was really well taken care of in the house. Beds are also really comfortable. Walking distance to the beach! We would love to come back another time!

We had a wonderful stay in Diana’s surf house and would return in a heartbeat. She was an excellent host greeting us at the door when we arrived late from a flight and putting out some food for us and the kids to ensure we didn’t go hungry. We took full advantage of the outside areas and took the bike for a cycle too. A little gem of a place.

Amazing house. It's like the pictures. THREE floors with the kitchen on the middle floor. Super nice pool with good temperature when we visited. The surrounding area definitely does not have the same standard, but it has its charm.. (?) Overall a very good experience. Thank you. :)

I had an excellent stay! If I had an issue with something, they responded quickly and were very helpful. The bed was so comfortable!!! The garden was amazing, and there's a Lidl across the street and a bus stop right in front of the house. I would definitely stay again.

Very spacious with three large bedrooms and three baths. Beds are very comfortable. Exceptionally well appointed kitchen with many spices, dishes, cooking utensils and excellent appliances.

The first and the most impressive of our Lisbon visit is the host. Luciana is very nice and helpful person. I had the situation in the taxi by losing my glasses. When I talk to Luciana, she made everything to get my glasses back. The apartment is really nice and spacious. Everything is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with all the stuff you need to feel like home. There is a private patio behind the apartment where one can have glass of wine or cap of coffee. Location is nice too. There are a lot of different kind of grocery stores, cafés, bars, restaurants etc. However it is quiet and safe area. The metro station is just in 15 minutes walking distance. We are not really young, nevertheless it was easy to get the metro station. Actually, the first day we even walked to the Hop-on-Hop-off stop which in the city center, and it took for us just 35 minutes. It means, if you are young and love to walk, the downtown easy to explore by feet. We suggest this place, it worth to stay.

The apartment perfectly matched our expectations, spacious and very bright, very clean and functional. It is very well located 10 min from the center of Lisbon by car, covered parking right next door, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Lena is an exceptional host, very considerate and very responsive. She gave us lots of very useful instructions and addresses, very considerate and concerned about our comfort, full of little touches! This will now be my address in Lisbon!

Tiago's place was exactly as it was described in the listing. Bright, generous, great amenities. Even a special request with separate office chairs to work was fulfilled for us. Tiago was always available and responded quickly. Nearby there are restaurants and a supermarket, the parking in the yard is also a big plus.

Cheng's luminous and cozy apartment is great, calm and silent despite being located in a central and startegic position. He was super kind and helpful in satisfying our needs, answering our messages almost in real time, to ensure our stay was perfect. I felt like I was staying at some friend's home. I've never seen such care about details, like some free coffee pods, ice bags in the freezer, 3 pairs of sleepers, and even brand new extra blackout curtains to ensure perfect sleeping conditions for the guests staying in the living room. He offered flexible check-in and check-out. Very recommended.

lovely stay, there is a lot to see in lisbon. Definitely loves the available amenities in the kitchen for cooking as it helped a lot (amazing oven👌). get earplugs for the airplane noises if you plan on sleeping early though you get used to it fast. the rotating tv is just peak amusement having that flexibility was eye opening!! clean and lovely appartement overall. 5/5

Excellent place and host. Would recommend for anyone who's looking for somewhere peaceful to stay that's a short journey into the city.
