There is a beautiful salon, a big marble bar (that can be also used as a work desk), a modern fully equipped kitchen with a granite countertop, a large bedroom, two bathrooms, a dressing room, a big terrace and one additional balcony. The bedroom has a new Super-King size bed (200 X 200 cm) with premium mattress and sheets, a dressing room and a master bathroom with rain shower and two sinks. We supplied the kitchen with all necessary equipment, so you can enjoy cooking. It is equipped with big side by side fridge, build-in new Ariston gas cooker, convection gas oven, big dish washer, Haier microwave, washing machine, electric kettle and the kitchen tap with shower. In addition, there are two new powerful ACs at the apartment. Free WiFi, good Hair dryer and iron, iron board, and all needed amenities. Intelligent neighbors. To make life as comfortable for you as possible, our backup generator's output is 15 amps We have also installed an electricity monitor at home, so that you can monitor the usage and adapt to your needs.
