This was our third stay at Sami's place. Their place is well located, clean, in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard is lovely. Lots of space. Comfy beds. Very clean. The little "extras" of drinks in the fridge, tea and coffee, make settling in easy. We stay here with a small child and it's just great for a family, lots of room.

This is our second time at this Airbnb. It’s in a wonderful location, so close to downtown. The house is clean and spacious, and you can’t beat having 2.5 bathrooms.

I've stayed here a few times when in Watertown for work, once for a few months stay. It is my top choice over 2 other AirBnBs I have rented in the area. It is a great size for 1-2 people, dog friendly, quiet and peaceful. It is very close to Thompson Park, which is enjoyable to visit year round.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

June & Mark are fantastic hosts! They are very proactive and communicative making each step very easy. Their home is lovely and comfortable, and it was impeccably clean! The multiple bedrooms all with comfortable beds made this perfect for our group of 6. I highly recommend their Airbnb for your travels. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

our stay in kingston was amazing the place was clean and comfortable. the home was spacious with everything we needed for our visit. the beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. the decor was creative and added to the experience. everything was well thought out and this attention to detail made our stay perfect. communication was great with the hosts and they responded promptly. couldn't ask for anything better than this. thanks so much for having us!!

For the snow lover in me, this was absolutely the best place for my wife and I to relax and refresh! We loved the beautiful private surroundings! The cabin was very clean and had lots of amenities including a hot tub to relax and watch it snow. Erik and Nick were very responsive when we had questions . We felt right at home from the minute we walked in the door. We will definitely be back!

One of the best places we've ever stayed on vacation! The house was beautiful and kept very clean. So much character and history. Peter and Darlene were gracious hosts, very welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Would absolutely stay there again!

This home was exactly what we needed for our family reunion. It was large enough to provide everyone space to relax in comfort yet intimate enough to spend quality time together. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Communication was lightning fast and friendly. Would 100% return.

The house and grounds were great, Such a wonderful find for a weekend getaway. Gillian med us upon our arrival and gave us a third walk-through of the property. A very kind and welcoming host. There was an incredible amount of space in this country ranch, both indoors and out. A hot tub was clean and large enough for my group to hang out, picnic tables outside, made for a good barbecue. It was such a short trip to downtown Alexandria Bay, five minutes, it really was a great place to be right next to the heart of it all well not being stuck the rest of the visitors. We all look forward to looking this place again and enjoying the thousand islands

Both Melissa and Kevin were pleasant and always available to assist in any way possible. Loved our stay at the Cozy Cottage for the Easter long weekend. The decor , Easter egg hunt, and the cookie decorating kits were a beautiful touch for our kids to enjoy. They especially loved the ride even if they felt there too big . Will definitely be referring friends and family to stay at Serenity Bay Resort. Can't wait to book another stay.

Spacious and great amenities. The host was wonderful. Stayed during a snow storm and we were promptly snow plowed. Comfortable and very great to respond. This is my first time leaving a 5 star rating. Booked two more times this year!

I was in the area to visit friends. I did not spend much time at the house but wish I had been able to. It was very clean and dog friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Laurel was an amazing host! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She was incredibly responsive throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Her thoughtfulness really stood out—she even offered us a late checkout, which we truly appreciated. Beautiful, peaceful, scenic cottage. Cozy and modern inside with a great enclosed porch overlooking the lake. Ample options for sitting outside, and lots of blankets and towels provided. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful through the stay.

We really enjoyed the snag and drag. Cozy little cottage was perfect for our snowmobile trip. Located directly on the trail. Had everything we needed to cook our meals and relax after long days of riding. John was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. Would definitely go back again.

Absolutely stunning property! The cottage was cozy, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a relaxing weekend stay. The biggest (and most pleasant) surprise was how well stocked the kitchen was, it had everything we needed and more. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making the space feel like home. Beautiful spot for a quiet family getaway with our geriatric mastiff. They had everything we needed for wet March weather with a 145lb dog. We look forward to going back in the summer as it looks perfect for lakeside fun as well!
