Condo vacation rentals in Alentejo

We had the greatest holiday here,Rui was great. Would recommend this property 20/10 it has everything you need. Will be back again for sure.

Over 29 days, my wife, her mum, my two adult sons and myself (not all at the same time) had a fantastic time at Igor's place. The apartment is in a quiet setting but close to all you need, especially to the beach and cliff walks. Walk to Vilamoura Marina recommended. The grounds, the pool, communal areas and view from the balcony are splendid. The apartment is exactly as described and as I write this I know Igor is improving it further. I have given Igor my feedback to further improve the offering for long term stays and I know he is on it now, so it will be even better next time! Igor is very responsive - not that we needed him, as he gave us all the information we needed in advance. Olhos d'Agua is a perfect place to stay in November if you like it quiet and warm. Quite a few places close down but there was more than enough open to satisfy all of us. Yellowfish airport transfers are excellent and Bolt for local trips. Thank you Igor and hopefully we will be back soon!!

All in all this was a very good apartment. Only 7 minutes in a straight way to the beach. Justine answered almost right away. For the autumn time I would highly recommend this!

We stayed for a week in November 2024 and the location was great, regardless of what the weather was going to bring. The beaches are close by; MAR/ Designer Outlet were 15-20 minutes leisurely drive away and Forum not much longer. Faro old town was similarly close too. If you are a golfer, this is a perfect location to be in and if you are not, it is an upmarket area, with a very nice atmosphere. The property was large enough for us as a couple and having the satellite TV in so many languages will make it suitable for a range of nationalities. The local Pingo Doce is literally 5 minutes away, making life very easy, whether picking up essentials, or products for cooking in the ample kitchen in the condo. In all, a very nice stay.

Had a lovely stay with my family , everything was perfect . Apartment was even better than the photos . Communication with Ricardo beforehand & and throughout our stay was very quick replies , nothing was too much trouble . From the taxi transfer to the apartment was perfect . The driver was lovely & friendly & also Elizabete who met us at the apartment with the keys was so lovely & she showed us around the apartment & let us know to contact her if we had any issues which we did not have without our stay . We really appreciated the welcome pack , tea/coffee/sugar /milk etc also even a bottle of wine in the fridge which was a very nice surprise & it too was nice . The apartment block & pool area was great , not too busy so we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings , beautiful kept gardens & trees . Very secure block of apartments . The electric shutters was a favourite of mine . Would highly recommend anyone for a stay here as it’s so near to the Strip & plenty restaurants & cafes too

The apartment was just as described. We were met at the entrance and shown around. Right over the road from Cerro Mar Garden hotel. You can use the facilities here, I’d avoid the buffet though. It’s about 100m to the top of the 99 steps down to the old town square, in a nice quiet area. You’re expected to empty the bins, wash dishes and wash the pool towels before you leave. Communication was very good. There’s an Aldi and Lidl 10 min walk away, it’s a quiet residential area, one small bar called Joseph’s nearby.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with many included facilities such as a washing machine and dishwasher. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the beach and just a few steps from the pool. Communication went smoothly. Thank you for the great experience!

Its a nice spacious appartment, good kitchen and balcony, everything is there that you need. Hosts are friendly and quick with their responses. Opted to stay longer since it was so comfortable.

It was exactly what we needed and in addition, Pedro and Mila were kind and thoughtful enough to offer early check in and late check out because they had no guests leaving or arriving. We will definitely return!

Carlos is a great host! Available, responsive, good tips What to say about the place which is superb with a breathtaking view. You can find everything you need! Super comfortable quiet, beautiful terrace to watch the sunset. We'll be back for sure during our next visit to Nazare! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful and spacious apartment with a nice view over the dunes and sea at Ferragudo. Apartment is in a suburb of Ferragudo and on a hill, Vila Gaivota Phase 2. Within walking distance of a beautiful stand, Praia dos Caneiros. To walk to Ferragudo with you half an hour walk through a rolling dune landscape and via rocky dune paths. Apartment has a beautiful and modern beach/sea decor and is spacious in design and equipped with everything. Everything for a nice stay. To do your shopping, you can go to Ferragudo itself, at the local entrepreneurs, or drive towards the Lidl and Continente further towards Portimao.

Luci’s penthouse flat was just perfect! We rented it for a hen do, and it was spacious, quirky, liveable, comfortable and just what we wanted. The view was perfect and the communal pool area was such a treat. Would highly recommend to any groups or families (good kid sleeping and hanging out area in the flat). Thanks!!

We really enjoyed staying at Henrique’s flat. It’s a lovely, comfortable, clean and spacious flat with everything you need for a long or short stay. Henrique was a great host. He’s very friendly, helpful and always available when we needed something. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the accommodation for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. We arrived with an early flight and João the concierge made sure we could enter the room earlier than the check in time. It’s close to the beach and lots of spots to go out.

just as expected, location is great and access directly to the beach. restaurants and food store minutes walking. overall nice place. the only issue was it's on the main road so the front has traffic noise but only in the day as night is quiet with few cars. the building carries noise a bit, we had neighbors that were noisy in the day with kids, so that of course is just a matter of who's staying there. would stay again.

There is nothing but praise and gratitude to Kathleen and Manuel for being such amazing hosts. The property exceeded expectations, and we found everything to be as described perfectly according to the description. We didn't have a car, but used uber/taxis to carvoeiro and local areas such as Estombar and Benagil. The local intermarche supermarket was only a 10 walk away, and I'd compare it to Asda in UK. Plenty of choice, easy to find what you need, but do not buy imported English goods unless absolutely necessary because they're extremely overpriced (just some helpful advice) Kathleen and Manuel have 2 dogs. Millie and Max. We absolutely fell in love with Millie especially 😍 please give her attention if you love dogs and Sat by the pool, she's so friendly and super intelligent. The attention to detail in everything about the property was perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 9. We'd absolutely recommend this property and hosts to anyone.

We had already been with David and we returned with great pleasure, it's like being at home. The place was very quiet during this time, we had a great time. David immediately met our every request, thank you very much.

Nice spacious apartment, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. A short drive to several beaches, we also enjoyed driving out to some great hiking spots on the coast. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the air conditioning was really nice when we needed it. Communication with Sonia was great. Thank you for hosting us!

Tavira is beautiful place, loved Dorotas house, it has everything you need, a lot bigger than we expected. There is a twenty minute walk to Tavira, we didn't mind, Tavira island is a must. The ferry is quite cheap and the beach is amazing there. The house itself is in a lovely area, there is a supermarket around the corner. There is also a restaurant close by, we didn't use it. There is also access to the swimming pool which was a bonus. The house is on three floors, two balconies, the top balcony we used at the end of the evening to watch the sunset. Overall the house has everything we needed.

very nice place, clean and good located. everything spotless.definitely would recommend the place! first time in Portugal and this was a such amazing experience.

You can go there without second thought!!!… .treswell located in relation to the beach, Restaurant, shopping etc...and at the same time very quiet 😊
