Absolutely beautiful location right on a peaceful beach with photo-worthy evening sunset every night! Really enjoyed the local winery, walks on the beach, and the beautiful outdoor deck with firepit! Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay with little ones, it was very child friendly! Hosts were very accommodating and let us book in very last minute and everything was ready to go. Clean, cozy and had all the amenities we needed, would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the property. The location is very private, although it is only minutes from Payne field, restaurants, shopping and etc. The hot tub was clean, the views were extraordinary, and the house was clean and well apportioned. This will ne high on our list for future stays!

First off, I have to say, that Deniece was an excellent communicator. She responded quickly to any questions I had and I appreciated that immensely. It gave me great confidence ahead of our stay that she was indeed a super host and that our stay would be lovely. Upon arriving and throughout our stay the home not only met, but exceeded all of our expectations. The home and waterfront property were absolutely beautiful and everyone in our group was extremely happy. There were many nice touches, such as fresh bouquets of flowers, fresh cookies and scones, and wine with chilled glasses. The kitchen was very well equipped. You don't need to bring a thing! There were also plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Our granddaughter especially loved the Children's garden and we spent lots of time playing there. We all loved sitting on the deck and on the porch enjoying the beautiful waterview and sunsets. We will without a doubt, stay there again. Thank you so much Deniece and Rich!

We thought it was very cozy, safe, and well appointed. The bed was super soft, which wasn’t a problem, just not a preference. The heated bathroom floor was wonderful.

We loved that there were so many things to do (even when it rains): the kayaks, the jacuzzi, the outdoor fireplace, the double deck with many different places to sit near the water, sun-tanning on the deck, s’mores at the fireplace at the waters edge, the covered porch and the games. This place was perfect for our small family gathering and were so happy that we could bring our dog. Tim was super responsive and he and his wife made sure we got everything we needed - plus many unexpected extras: a full fruit basket, snacks and drinks, a coffee maker, eggs and breakfast items. We loved it there and highly recommend this place!

I really enjoyed my stay at the lake house and will treasure it for the rest of my life the times that I spent here. Jennifer was a great hostess and was always in communication and helpful when I kept extending my time she always granted my request and was very easy to get along with and helpful and very very cool lady.
