Great location to get around even on foot as well as a wide possibility with public transport . Beautiful neighborhood with something reminiscent of the Parisian atmosphere of Montmartre. The house was as described and comfortable. It is very useful to have two bathrooms, one of which is in the bedroom. Recommended

Great place to be Home away from home 🩵

Absolutely lovely place. Large interior and cosy outdoors with lots of flowers and space. We went as a group of 6 and this place was perfect, especially for the price. Everyone commented on how lovely the house was and how nice the location was. Would definitely return.

We loved Joao’s place, it was walkable to two of the main beaches, the town and Santa Marta park which meant we had lots we could explore without a car and plenty to do. It is a fairly big hill climb back up to the house, but it made sure we had some good exercise to walk off the ice cream! The kids absolutely loved the pool and were in and out of it frequently. The place is really spacious and it was an added bonus having the games room. Joao was really responsive and so helpful with all our queries, and went out of his way to give us tips etc. He also allowed us to check in early which was brilliant as we would have been waiting around with luggage for a few hours otherwise. Thanks so much Joao!

This house worked out very well for two families with kids. It's very big and spread out with lots of sleeping options. There's a tiny bit of wear and tear and we did have to buy/bring all of our own basic kitchen supplies like spices, oils, sugar, salt and pepper, toilet paper, paper towels, shower soaps. But we loved that the house provided beach supplies like chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas and yoga mats. Nothing much in walking distance but several excellent beaches and places to eat within a few miles. The pool and ping pong table were fantastic and we would definitely recommend this place for a group of travelers. We had a fabulous time. :-)

A very nice welcome, as he had provided breakfast due to very late arrival. GPS wasn't quite able to take us to the right side of the house, but since there was an entrance from both sides, we found our way. Nice and clean house, a little bit of moisture, but this is how it is so close to the sea and not TEK17 house:) Fantastic cozy garden and a fabulous view. Large and spacious with a lot of space. We enjoyed the max And absolutely everything you need in the house plus more. We would gladly came again.

We were 4 (couple, mother, 1 kid) and stayed a week and it was great. Everything is like the photos. We had luck with the weather and could enjoy the pool and barbecue. Went to Foz do Arelho, São Martinho do Porto, Peniche/Berlengas, Óbidos, Caldas da Rainha, Nazaré and all of this its near like 10 to 25 minutes by car. Never saw any host or neighbors and check in/out by keysafe, wich was great for us. Never eared a noise, its really calm and with great view.
