Fantastic house, beautiful views and in a great location. We had a great time! Highly recommended. We will be back to Puerto Pollença and this house!

The finca is quiet and offers everything you need for your stay. It looks exactly like the pictures and has enough space for eight people. We were able to check in on our own and were allowed to stay a little longer on the last day, which really relaxed the departure.

We had a fantastic stay (3 families with little children between 2 and 5 yrs old). The house is big, well equipped (we really appreciated the toys for the beach) and the fence for the pool (that we didn’t use due to the weather). Port of pollenca is very nice : plenty of restaurants, lots of playgrounds on the beach, beautiful beaches nearby (formentor) ! Thanks Tony for your help as well when we arrived quite late to find the crib. Best Alberto

a great villa with nice gardens and pool with decent aircon. the only negative was i would have liked a dish cloth to wash up the pans with but ending up buying some for the next guests.

We had a great stay at Villa Vinya. Communication pre arrival and during the stay was excellent. The villa has a great layout with living areas on one side and bedrooms on the other side of the house. 360 views which are stunning. It is around a 25 minute walk to the Port, we all hired bikes which I would recommend. Nearest supermarket is less than a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk. The villa is well equipped and had everything we needed. Couple of minor issues which were resolved quickly via messages. Overall a great villa for a large group.

We were in the house with 2 adults and 2 children, 5 and 8 for 10 days. We had incredibly beautiful days and would keep coming back. We enjoyed the house and surroundings to the fullest. We as a family would keep coming back and hope that we will see the house again next year. Thank you for everything and best regards from us .

This is a wonderful villa set with great mountain views in the midst of your own citrus grove. The outdoor area is exquisite and relaxing, and the villa itself is a charming stone house with modern conveniences. They provided a welcome basket which was much appreciated after arriving after midnight, and Ana gave us travel advice. Seeing the Formentor, the magical town of Pollenca and the northern mountain towns were wonderful tours (only if I brought my bike). The bar is set very high with this property and we hope to come back soon and often

We had a fantastic stay at La Roca, the villa was beautifully presented and, with the various outdoor areas, was a lovely place to spend a relaxing week in Puerto Pollensa - we would definitely return. The villa’s location means that you are only a short walk from town (the promenade/footpath starts right outside the villa), however, the immediate location is nice and quiet. Great communication from Joan from the initial booking right up to and through our stay - even calling in with a gift to apologise for a small fault in the front awning.

Top top top! The pictures show 100% of the finca. What pictures don't show, the peace and privacy you have there. Everything was very clean and the property was very well maintained! There is everything you need. The communication with Miquel was very good, fast and proactive. We can highly recommend the finca and would book again with Miquel at any time! From the moment we booked this home, it was smooth sailing! A wonderfully responsive host, amazing location, stunning estate and impeccably clean…this one is going to be hard to top. We appreciated the en suite bathroom with every bedroom, the many places to gather together, and how quiet it all was! So peaceful. I would recommend this property and host without hesitation!

On the whole, the villa is still ok at the price/quality ratio at the top. Some small things are a little disturbing. But the positive prevails, everything else is whining to a high standard.

Nice villa, with the location being just across the road to a fantastic beach. Shops and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Overall a nice place to stay and relax. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Just returned from a lovely week in this beautiful villa. Location was nice and private and villa very well stocked with everything . 10 minute walk to the supermarket and even provided a trolley to carry our shopping. Beds very comfortable. Swimming pool large enough with lots of outdoor furniture. The family owned property meant I’ve seen or communicated with them all and they were all so helpful. Walk down to puerto pollensa was flat, took around 20 minutes. Close to bus stop for pollensa and Palma . Honestly could not fault this beautiful villa in the mountains . ( slightly difficult to find for taxi drivers- ask for the Google map location or get picked up from the Habitat hotel and walk 5 minutes).

Overall, we had a really great holiday in the finca. The pictures correspond to reality and everything is well maintained and clean. We were only with 4 people in the finca, but there are more than enough dishes and towels, so these should also be more than sufficient for 6 people. However, one point of criticism is the coffee machine: there is no Nespresso (capsule) coffee machine but only a really very slow filter coffee machine. A run took 1 hour, which should be replaced. Communication with the host was rather difficult, responses were very sparse or only on request. The check-in and check-out itself was complicated, keys were stored in key box.

We had a wonderful stay at Xisco's Finca. The pool is just superb and the Finca itself was really nice. Xisco was easy to communicate with and greeted us in the beginning to show us around. All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely come again. Thanks again Xisco.

Ideal accommodation for a family the furniture and linens are more than enough the pool the environment was very peaceful during our stay and the instructions are very clear and complete for self check-in. I would highly recommend 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

If you are looking for a quiet location within a short distance of both Pollensa and Port de Pollensa then this place is ideal. It's a clean well set out Villa with a modern kitchen and outside there's a lovely garden with a nice size pool with multiple seating areas. The villa faces south so you get the open sun all day and great views over the adjacent hills. The road leading to the villa is quite narrow and comes to a dead end not far past the villa so there's very little passing traffic, and the neighbourhood when we were there was very quiet so ideal for us. The host was very proactive with communications and pleasant to deal with. All in all a lovely place and would use again.

Pepe‘s Finca was a great holiday home for us! It is super well maintained both inside and outside, lots of beautiful details! As Pepe looks after his animals daily we got to interact with him every now and then and he was very friendly! Communication over phone worked well and we always received speedy responses from Home Villas. The „noise“ around the place didn’t bother us at all, especially as it’s very calm at night, but if you are very sensitive to animal sounds and hearing a nearby street in the background during the day, this mightn’t be your place. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the huge variety of animals and there were no bad smells ever. The only very small downside for us was the varying water pressure, so we made sure to never shower in parallel. Overall an ideal place and starting point for a road cycling holiday.
