Vacation rentals with a patio in Alcudia beach

Mariana was a sweet, welcoming host. The room was the same as presented in the pictures—a charming Mallorcan style house that also comes with a lovely balcony. The location is also right next to the beach so it’s convenient if you’re planning to spend a lot of time there. Some of the things we weren’t aware prior to the stay were (a) the pool is shared with other guests in the house, and (b) there is no A/C in the house. For the latter, it was not too bad at night with the windows open, but it would come with the cost of inviting mosquitos into the room, which was not so fun. Overall good bang-for-buck stay and would recommend to others!

We had never been to Majorca before - A friend recommended that we stay in Port de Pollenca to get the sunrise. The apartment was well placed at the quieter end of the Pine Walk with a tiny beach in front. The area was so peaceful first thing in the morning when you got up and we watched many beautiful sunrises. Lots of restaurants but we enjoyed the Eroski supermarket for the fresh fish counter. We hired a car and it was easy to get around and we were well placed for lots of amazing trips out, walking is great too. The Apartment was so well equipped we did not need anything that wasn't there. Lovely bed linen, Towels, beach towels, sun umbrella, beach mats and chairs. Shopping bags and even an umbrella for the odd October shower. We had a great holiday thank you.

The 2nd floor apartment was as described. Great location easy walk to beach and restaurants. The host was excellent and quick to respond to our queries. We were on a cycling holiday and all the bike hire shops were only a short walk from the apartment. When I return to Port de Pollença, I will definitely book this apartment again.

Close to the beach, host was very good at communication during the stay. House is quite nice.

pleasant stay at Nathalia's,the accommodation matches the description of the listing, close to everything, we were advised and welcomed. amenities level there is everything for a pleasant stay. The water fountain and washing machine are a plus 🙂

We stayed 1 week for two in the very cozy, bright and well furnished apartment and used it as a starting point for bike rides around Alcúdia. We particularly liked the modern bathroom and the opportunity to ‘chill' or use the pool after a busy day on the balcony. The large gastronomic range and the beach are within walking distance. We highly recommend the apartment. Thank you!

We were there for 1 week and the view was definitely the highlight! Every day you see the sunrise and you eat your breakfast with a view of the sea! Communication was very easy, they responded quickly and were totally helpful and kept asking if we needed anything. We felt very well looked after. Thank you Roger for your kindness! The apartment was a good size, very clean and we felt very comfortable. There are all the stores nearby and most importantly you can always find a parking space. We would definitely come back again.

The place in the middle of Arta is in a great location, especially the terrace is very cozy. The place is set up and the beds are comfortable. With parking in the immediate vicinity you have to be lucky, but a few minutes away you will always find something. Daniel always responded quickly and quickly found a solution for us with a problem in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful time in Antonia's finca! (Karlien was always quickly available as a contact person and took incredibly good care of us.) The finca is super nicely located, absolutely quiet and just perfect for relaxing. There is everything you need, from front to back everything was also sparkling clean - we felt incredibly comfortable and can recommend it unconditionally!

Our stay was beautiful from the first to the last minute. The house is fantastic. It is very spacious, has many bedrooms with comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms and a nice kitchen, dining and living area. There were plenty of towels, even for the pool. Communication with the landlord was top notch. Particularly worth mentioning is the outdoor area with large terrace, a large table for many people, a well-kept lawn with sunbeds for sunbathing and relaxing and of course the beautiful pool. This was cleaned every 2-3 days. We all felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

A very comfortable place to stay with a small back yard that was enjoyable. It was very quiet which we liked. Would definitely stay again. Close to get into town without the town noise. Thanks!

Friendly welcome by Mari and her girlfriend. Very well-located accommodation for those arriving by boat. The street is busy but the room is quiet We are very satisfied with the welcome, the location and the accommodation. We will be back!

The property is very cosy and beautiful. It is located in a wonderful area and is close to the fairytale beach of Alcudia, as well as close to many good restaurants. There are also countless shopping opportunities, bus stations and a pharmacy etc. nearby. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. There are 2 nice terraces. One we use to sunbathe and the other, which is bigger, to eat and to drink coffee there comfortably. There is plenty of space for children to play, and the communal garden is also wonderful to explore and to let off steam . Pedro is a very nice, helpful and wonderful host who cares about the well-being of his guests. We enjoyed this holiday very much and would like to come back again! :)

Great stay and close to beautiful beach and hikes

Xavi was super flexible with check-in despite arriving super late. He responded quickly and gave clear instructions on how to get to his location from the airport. He provided recommendations for the area. He assisted me with communicating for an excursion I booked.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pedro’s lovely apartment. It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pedro was super friendly and helpful, also gave us privacy to enjoy our stay. The area is fantastic, it felt safe and was close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops (Lidl’s very close which was handy for grocery’s) There are lots of activities in Alcúdia including boat trips and horse riding at a local, beautiful ranch.
