Vacation rentals with a pool in Albert Park Lake

We had an amazing stay here for Good Things Festival, with a group of 10, it was perfect! The pool/spa was perfect on a nice warm day, the location was super convenient and close to Flemington, there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, great table for the amount of people including a large kitchen and oven/cook top! Sheryl & Hany were super responsive for anything we needed especially when it come to heating the pool on a slightly cooler day and turning the jets on. Will definitely be booking this space again. Thanks so much again!

House was reasonably clean but still had dirt and items stuck under other items

This is a dream place to live, so spacious and uncluttered, yet also extremely well appointed, with everything you could wish for. The feeling of space walking in the door is amazing. We had fabulous weather and enjoyed the pool every day. The shopping village 5 mins walk away has all the shops you need, plus some lovely restaurants too. Jannett was a wonderful host, very responsive and welcoming. Totally love this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Anaban and Damala’s wonderful home, so much that we even extended by a few days. The house is clean, spacious and has been nicely renovated/updated. The highlight is definitely the indoor/outdoor dining area with folding doors and big outdoor deck that gets lots of lovely afternoon sun. Location is great also especially if you have kids, two fun parks/playgrounds within walking distance and lots of cafes/coffee shops etc also nearby. We also appreciated the garden shed that had toys for the kids! Anaban was extremely responsive to any questions or requests we had. We would definitely stay again!

We were so lucky to stay at Eric and Lyns property. We asked for early check in and eric was quick to respond and accommodate our needs, even offering his own house and spare rooms for me and my partner to get ready for the wedding we had to go to. So thoughtful! The house was amazing and so tidy. Very well kitted out and had everything we needed. The first morning of our stay we were graced with a freshly baked loaf of bread outside the door, along with a fridge stocked with bacon, fresh eggs, and beautiful fresh tomatoes and mushrooms which made for a hearty breakfast over the two days of our stay. The property was surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and grass fields, fresh lemon and lime trees in the garden, great for gin and tonic. The location was within walking distance of the general store and panton hill hotel which is a perfect spot for families and lunch on the weekends. Eric was a gentleman and a truly nice lad who made our stay very memorable. Couldn’t recommend more

Stayed the long weekend Friday to Sunday with a large group of friends, the property had plenty of space available for groups to spread out and for you to feel right at home. The pool was an added plus and great to unwind at the end of the day. The pool table was great too. Thanks for.a great stay.

This fabulous 2-bedroom apartment was located on the 62 floor of a modern apartment building in Melbourne’s CBD. The apartment was tastefully decorated and included all the amenities. The city views, both by day and by night, were absolutely breathtaking. The apartment was extremely quiet and we felt very secure and safe in the apartment and surrounding neighborhoods. A multitude of restaurants were within easy walking distance. As a minor cautionary note, with a Toyota RAV 4 hybrid (and driving on the opposite side of the car to what we are normally accustomed) we were very glad to have collision sensors going around a tight post on each floor of the parking garage (6 floors) but the actual parking space was fairly large with a roomy straight shot to get in and out. So if you have to park a larger vehicle you will have to be a much better driver than I am to be able to navigate the parking garage. This outstanding apartment easily rates in our top 10% of Airbnb experiences.

This place is as what Dr Fred published and more. The apartment itself is literally situated on the doorstep to the NGV! It is in a prime location to all the local Melbourne attractions and with the Supermarket nearby made everything super convenient. The apartment had everything we needed plus extra items for a toddler i.e high chair and games for kids which was very handy for us. For the price, just can’t beat it!

Great stay once again! Perfect location, great amenities and spectacular view from the room and common areas of the building. Easy and clear instructions before arrival and welcomed in person by one of the hosts. Hosts were easy to contact and prompt with responses when required. Overall a great stay, can’t wait to come back again

We had such a wonderful stay!! Daniela is the best host we’ve ever experienced. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for a great stay (2 families with little kids) and is in a fantastic location. Trams out the front, but also a short walk to everything (CBD, Rod Laver etc). Daniela had a portacot set up ready for us, a beautiful welcome gift including a colouring set for the kids and wipes. We had a very flexible early check in and flexibility also on our check out if needed! Communication was instant and easy. Thanks so much Daniela!

Thank you Aster and his team, it was a very pleasant stay and the house actually matched the description.The surrounding facilities are convenient, right next to Southern Cross Station, also in the free tram area, easy to go anywhere.
