The house sets on 2 lots with tall Pines and gorgeous Aspens.. there is an outside barbeque area with a propane grill and picnic table. Also a game room with a beautiful pool table, corn hole and darts. Netflix is included with both televisions, roku, cable and movies to watch as well. In the loft is a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The decor was carefully chosen to bring a little bit of a wow factor into our place. Firewood available. Top New Host in New Mexico for 2022!!! The home is located in a very safe small neighborhood community. Two miles from the Space Museum, 20 min from White Sands National Park, 15 min from Holloman Air Force Base and only a short 30 min drive to the beautiful village of Cloudcroft. This comfortable home offers a nice screened-in back porch with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. The large fenced back yard has a BBQ grill and a fire pit and enough room for outdoor activities.

Peaceful Mountain Cabin Overlooking Golf Course

If you are looking to visit Cloudcroft, Fairway Chalet is the place to stay! It's one of the few cabins with beautiful views, privacy, close to main village AND overlooks one of the highest elevation golf courses in the world. It's small, but comfortable inside. It's 50 years old so it's not perfect, a little rustic, the deck DOES need new paint, but we try to keep it updated & as clean as possible. There are stairs inside and outside. We love it and hope you will too!
