Waterfront vacation rentals in Alameda

This top floor unit has a beautiful view of the ocean. Some of the photos of the unit do not do it justice as if it looks like they were taken while the apartment/condo was being set up. It is nicely appointed, new construction and very clean. The communication was stellar and whenever we had a question there was an onsite person (unit below us) that was very fast at answering questions. Daryl was also very quick to answer messages sent via the website messaging. My family enjoyed the quite and natural beauty while having access to SF's sites and neighborhoods. It felt like the perfect spot for us to rest and explore! They allowed a late check out which was greatly appreciated. Our go to place for our next visit to San Francisco. An unexpected bonus was that the Great Highway road in front of the building closes to cars from Friday night to Sunday (and holidays) for pedestrians and bicycles. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very luxe,killer view, clean. Expect some noise from upstairs, if you've lived in apartments, it's like that. View is worth it

The Fairmont Apartments are a great place to stay if you are traveling with family and also want to be close to the tourist spots of SF. The location is A+. Gorgeous Bay views from one of the bedroom and really cool to also have views of inside Ghirardelli. I have to also give a big shout out to the staff at the Fairmont. They were so friendly and helpful. The Airbnb host was always quick to respond and helpful. The place is really nice, clean and has everything we needed; down to the high end Le Labo! It allowed my family to walk to so many of their tourist lists within minutes. We also loved that we could take the dog with us and they left a dog bed, bowl and treats for him. The gym was very nice and love having a Nespresso machine in the apartment and in the lobby; made me feel we were in a EU hotel. Lovely lounge & outdoor space too. Lastly, if you are a runner this an ideal place to stay, the views from Embarcadero-Marina-GG Bridge are just amazing and most flat :)

Helena’s place was the perfect apartment for exploring SF. Close to the marina and all the restaurants and activities nearby. Was one of the cleanest and well presented airbnb I have stayed in. Highly recommend

Foremost is what an outstanding host Brian is. He was consistently responsive and helpful, and always good-natured. Whenever we needed anything, Brian was very quick to provide it. The apartment was more than adequate for our needs--I especially liked the walk-in closet and the view of the plants on the back deck. The office space was good for getting work done, and the futon couch there could have served as another bed, though the space is open. There is a step up to the bathroom, which has a nice roomy shower, and everything very clean. Also a step up to the kitchen, which can handle one person at a time. Fridge, range, microwave--all clean and of recent vintage. The neighborhood was quiet, even with a handy laundromat and coffee shop just around the corner. We also liked how close we were to Lake Merritt--good walks. We would definitely stay here again, and hope that we'll have the opportunity.

Great apartment with easy parking and access. The apartment was really comfortable, quiet and great access to the downtown area. I didn’t use the community facilities but seems like a great place for a longer stay with good options. The hosts were very receptive when I had questions. Would stay here again.

Nick's place is literally right across from the Pacific Ocean and is so peaceful and quiet in the evenings and early mornings. The one bedroom is comfortable-- the kitchen is well stocked and the bedroom has plenty of shelves and closet space. The bathroom is clean and thoughtfully includes a hairdryer and also lots of toilet paper and supplies. The couch is comfortable and the table and desk were easy to spread out on. I was in town for a conference (long days and nights) and so my only regret is that I wasn't on the premises for very long each day. I didn't have the opportunity to truly enjoy the beach, but Nick's place does have a way to enter from the yard which would have been perfect for cleaning off sand and coming in. I found the area very peaceful and quiet and was always reluctant to take off early in the morning. A GREAT deal, a comfortable apartment, and passcode locks that work well. Bonus is the easy to find street parking. Highly recommend.

The apartment is beautiful, with great windows in the living room! Nothing was out of place, and everything was as expected. I had a great time and walked around the neighborhood to check out some of the restaurant recommendations. The place is right near Giants stadium, and I was seeing a concert there, so it was very convenient. There is some city traffic noise. I brought earplugs with me for sleeping but didn't end up using them because the white noise of the fan helped me fall asleep.

I decided to have a relatively longer stay (6 months) at this AirBnB. The place was generally as advertised. Very clean, good location, served my purposes well from layout and amenities perspectives. The standout for me was less the AirBnB and more the hosts. Very friendly and responsive. I would stay at any location with these hosts . . . would be a pleasure.

Our family enjoyed staying here so much! It was beautiful, relaxing and had everything we needed! Juliette is such a sweet person and I hope we can come back someday!

Stayed the weekend for my wifes bday. The house was lovely. Super clean and had a lot of fun amenities like the video arcade game my 4 year old love playing. We couldn’t get the front fire pit to work and when I communicate this Al was super quick to reply and once we had moved on to make things right Al sent us a nice gift from a local bakery. A very kind gesture. I guess we know why they are supper hosts! The sunset alone was worth the stay. We got lucky and got treated to clear sky’s and a blanket of stars our final night. What a treat. Thanks for the relaxing visit. 🤘

The property was great and the location primo. Host responded to the few questions we had very quickly. Great place would happily stay again. One thing the neighbors like to challenge your parking prowess. Brush up on your backing up skills.

Arlene's place is an amazing location and extremely comfortable. So quiet and peaceful with the ocean and beaches just steps away. A great find!

Our family had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room in the house, and everything was clean and well-kept. The location is ideal and we spent a lot of time on the amazing deck.

Darling seaside house with lots of personality and beautiful original details like parquet & hardwood flooring and little stained glass windows in the stairwell. Views are absolutely gorgeous and we loved watching the waves and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves every night! The house was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. Our two daughters loved going out onto the deck and going for ocean view walks and hikes nearby. They are already asking to stay there again! It’s a lovely little town, and easy to get into the city, but still peaceful and charming. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Lais was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs, making the entire process seamless. The place itself was stunning, with beautiful interior design and breathtaking views. I had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here!

Had an amazing stay at Deborah’s. She was extremely kind and even offered us a ride to an event. She was very flexible in terms of all my changes and requests. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! Location is incredible and the value is second to none.

The home was beautiful in a very unique location with a view of the bay and bridge. Extremely quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Fantastic location near Lake Merritt, easy access to local freeways, two blocks from Whole Foods. Secure underground parking, it has one of the best parking spots (if not the best) in the building. The building features Goggle fiber, I measured WiFi upload/download speed over 400Mbps. Linda cleaned and sanitized the unit extremely well before our arrival, paying attention to every detail including all touch areas like switches and handles. The unit is rather large (over 800sqf) for a one bedroom / one bath, and with the high ceilings it looks even bigger. It has plenty of storage, and two work areas which my wife and I used for our computers. This is definitely the first spot I would choose my next trip to the area. Thank You Linda !!!!!

Great view of the ocean!

My husband and I were traveling for work and play. The location was fabulous. We went to visit the tourist spots in San Francisco which was a relatively short Uber over the bridge,m and the home was located next to the train station (we ended our stay by getting on the Amtrak to ride back to Chicago for views of the mountains). We felt safe in the building and in the neighborhood. Kathy was very responsive and gave great instructions for entering and exiting the building. Any questions I had in the meantime, she was always there to assist. The home was clean and well stocked with essentials for us as working folks. Having an accessible laundry room was a great addition. If we’re ever in the area again, we know where we’re booking!
