Vacation rentals with a patio in Alameda

We had such a great stay here! The kids loved the little room on the top floor. We found it easy to get around the area by tram or train, or just on foot. And it was great to have a comfy place to come back to after walking up those many San Francisco hills! Keith was a friendly and helpful host.

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrea’s place and it was the perfect pit stop for a restful two nights on our way to Tahoe. She made check in easy and was super proactive when we got there past midnight due to a flight delay. Bed was comfortable, space was clean, and waterfall shower head is amazing. Everything in the space is intentional, beautifully decorated and thought out for a simple cozy stay. Andrea is so sweet and gave us loads of amazing recommendations for us to enjoy our time. Can’t wait to be back when in the area!

Stayed bc of an issue with our bathroom, wonderful neighbors who accommodated us:2 adults, 8 month old and 11yr old corgi. They had a pack and play ready for our son, the place is spacious and clutter free. Will stay again and book if we have extended family visiting. Thank you Devon and Shining for hosting.

One of the cleanest airbnbs we stayed at. Amazing decor and close to downtown Walnut. Extremely helpful host. The TV in one of the rooms wasn’t working and he came within an hour to fix it. He was so helpful!

I cannot say enough great things about this place and Deana/Eric. The photos don’t do the place justice. It is super adorable and very comfortable. Although, located on the same property as the hosts it is very private and with its own separate entrance. Outside of the awesome interior, there is a gorgeous patio/deck area to sit outside. The yard is very large and they do not mind if you use it. Location is perfect—I commute to the city but it is located in a place where you can avoid a lot of traffic…. Not to mention there is a hiking trail down the street as well as downtown a couple of miles a way. Hosts are the best I’ve ever had with Airbnb—they couldn’t be more friendly and responsive. This is absolutely perfect for those looking for a gorgeous place to stay for long term rentals (and even short), but you will not want to leave as it feels very much like home.

James’ place was perfect to house my Thanksgiving guests - they thoroughly enjoyed their stay and said this was the charming unit we all need on a quick stay in SF.

Better than described, this home is an absolute treat. We especially loved sitting by the bay windows in the living room. The kitchen was great to reheat and assemble food in (I'm not going to pretend we were cooking :-). The location is AMAZING - walk to all the things on Piedmont Ave. You are lucky if you get to stay here!

The place was great and exactly what was advertised. There was even a cocktail waiting for me in the fridge! I will say that the dogs are huge! But never presented a problem for me. I was a bit of a pain as I brought a “boisterous” friend back to the apartment and talked way too late into the night and they very cool about it. (in our defense, we hadn’t seen one another in over a decade!) If you need to stay in the Richmond district of SF, I highly recommend.

I needed a quiet place to stay for a rotation at Kaiser Oakland, which this place was great for my 2 month stay. It is less than a minute drive to the freeway, so easy to get to work, and it was less than a 10-minute commute without traffic. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet with everything needed for a long stay. I was able to do yoga in the backyard area, which was peaceful. I did not explore the neighborhood, but there are great trails nearby in the hills. Street parking was easy and I did not have any issues with safety. A lot of the other places I looked at did not have full kitchens or a washer/dryer, but this one does. Overall, this was a great place to stay as for an away rotation, so I highly recommend it!

Lisa is a fantastic host. Very friendly and always responsive. The home is beautiful and in the most ideal location. Plenty of restaurants out shopping near by, while being only a few houses away from the beach. Would absolutely love to stay again.

Leslie saved the day twice--once when we had picked the wrong dates by mistake, and then later on when some time became available and she remembered we had been excited at the opportunity to stay there. Place was beautiful as expected, with fun tchotchkes scattered throughout. Hard to beat the comfort of radiant heat in the bathroom floor. I want to meet the person whose books these are! Neighborhood was great for walking dogs, residential but very close to easy good food and various services like banks, coffee, etc. Parking was easy in the neighborhood, and we only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had such a lovely Thanksgiving with family in this beautiful home. Adrienne was responsive and checked in on us. It was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay.

Very cute and comfy space! Loved the decor, great outdoor areas for relaxing, lots of kitchen ware and overall, a great vibe! Host was also responsive and accommodating!

Johnna's place is super cozy and very clean and comes with an amazing kitchen & huge backyard. She prepared a lot of amenities, and even though we didn't bring everything, she had everything ready for us to use. (shampoo, laundry detergent etc) All the appliances are modern and fully functional. What we loved the most was the cozy living room, where we felt right at home, and the huge and charming backyard - we brought dogs, and we spent relaxing time there. She is very responsive, and her friend is also ready to help us. Overall, it was a great stay and we had amazing time there. Thank you Johnna!

Gillian’s place was just perfect for us! She was really helpful and engaged. We got there early and were able to check in when we arrived to a sparkling clean comfy place. The place was surprisingly quiet even though being on a somewhat busy street. Super convenient to all the restaurants and shops. Parking was great too since we had 2 cars and never had to park the second car farther than just across the 1 way lane. We enjoyed all the amenities in the home and were able to make ourselves very much at home. Great neighborhood and especially nice neighbors! We would definitely stay at Gillian’s place again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the flat is very large and beautiful, nicely arranged, and quiet. The street always had lots of parking space available. It was very close to the Castro (and a bit further, Mission) areas but very quiet at night. Highly recommend it.

The apartment was very clean and in a great neighborhood. Communication was an A+ as well. I did not have a single issue and loved the condo. The bed was super comfortable!

Kimberly's place is great! For a short or long stay it has everything you need. She was super welcoming. She comments on having kids and you'll probably hear them. However they make very little noise above you and with the TV on you don't hear them at all. Thanks for opening your home!
