Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. We had a tiny relaxing holiday with 2 girlfriends. The entrance to the room is normally at 2pm, but thanks to them, they allowed us to check in earlier because our room was empty 1 day ago, thank you very much. It was always very easy to get in 🙏🏻 touch both before and while we were there. The sister in charge of the rooms and the facility was very sweet, she showed us our room with her mother's compassion. And thank you for your work, our room was sparkling, it ✨ is not allowed to enter the rooms with shoes/slippers, but it is so clean that you can't afford to step everywhere:) We used both the pool and the common area. Everything was very pleasant and nice. It is definitely my advice to relax by having a quiet and calm time in the evening, we will come back next year 🤍🤍

The apartment has everything you need. You can quickly walk to the sea, to the old town it takes 5-10 min by car. Kemal was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Lovely house! Spotless with a gorgeous outdoor area. We felt very much at home. You will need a car in this area to discover so much more of Cesme. So many great local restaurants you can walk to or the host can recommend others not far away.

We loved it because it is very easy to get to and in a nice place I can say that the interior of the house is perfect, there are all the amenities, there is nothing missing from kitchen supplies to an iron and ironing board, I recommend a place where everyone can be comfortable

The location of the house is very good, it is very nice for the family with a quiet pool in the compound. There is everything in the house, I recommend it to everyone.

We preferred Mr. Furkan's house for a quiet weekend with 3 girlfriends. The house was even better than the photos, spotless. Everything we might need was thought out. We were able to prepare all our meals at home with a small grocery shopping. It was very cold, we never got cold because the house was heated in the morning. We were able to easily light the fireplace. Ms. Özlem was very helpful to us with every question we had from our check-in to checkout, she was very helpful and friendly. This holiday met all of our expectations.

Between stays with large groups in different countries, I've encountered a small number of hosts who care so much about the needs of guests. Just because I can't find availability in the future, we liked it enough to be afraid to comment well. The house was fully equipped for 8 people with kitchen supplies, table, chairs, board games. It was 5 minutes away by walking to the sea. Although it was early October, we were able to benefit from the sea and pool. Since there are restaurants and markets around, it was possible to go out or order home. We definitely plan to be a guest again. Thank you again.

During my 6-day stay, both New Year's and other days, I was extremely satisfied and felt like I was in my own home. The host was quick to respond to all my questions and found a solution. Agave Konak will be our choice for the next holidays 👍🏼

We were absolutely happy with everyone and everything. We highly recommend this place. Very attentive and always was responsive. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Our stay satisfied us beyond our expectations, on the one hand by the location of the apartment overlooking this small bay bathed in sunshine where there is calm conducive to rest and contemplation and on the other hand thanks to the history of this island which has lived and still lives from the production of the "mastika", and which gives this place a particular historical dimension. The population is incredibly kind and available (undoubtedly due to the end of the tourist season). This is an invaluable bonus as you can truly soak up the soul of the island. And then there are these beaches nestled in coves of incredible beauty and the water still fresh for this end of October. The local gastronomy is also at the height of all the above with homemade cuisine and full of flavors. Many thanks to Diane for her responsiveness and great advice.

Stelios is a very nice host. The garden of the house is very peaceful. Very clean, tidy and everything in a house. It's quiet, calm and peaceful. You can walk to the city center. Parking is not a problem if you go by car Stelios was very helpful and guiding. I would like to thank him again. I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying.
