Vacation rentals with beach access in Alaçatı

Excellent location,easy access to city center, all house applications ready to use in aprt. Friendly landlord.

We chose four people to stay, glad we chose it. We came across a cold period in December, but we had no problems with the heating. The air conditioning was new and Mr. Can had the heater ready inside. The bed, duvet, and sheets smelled immaculately clean. Kitchen appliances are quite sufficient, internet is fast. When there were some kitchen supplies that were needed, Ms. Figen was immediately helpful. The balcony of the apartment we stayed in was quite spacious and open. There is also a monopoly kiosk under the building where you can meet your needs until late.

It was really a great experience to stay at Mr. Burhan's place in Cesme. The house was extremely clean, neat and comfortable. The decor and overall ambiance of the house were quite pleasant and enjoyable. Thanks to Mr. Burhan's hospitality, we felt at home. Both the amenities of the house and the helpfulness of Mr. Burhan made our holiday much more beautiful. Thank you so much for everything, it's definitely a place we would choose again.

The host was great, he didn't break our requests at all and was very understanding, he was helpful at our check-in and checkout times, a place I can 👍 definitely recommend 🤗

We had a tiny relaxing holiday with 2 girlfriends. The entrance to the room is normally at 2pm, but thanks to them, they allowed us to check in earlier because our room was empty 1 day ago, thank you very much. It was always very easy to get in 🙏🏻 touch both before and while we were there. The sister in charge of the rooms and the facility was very sweet, she showed us our room with her mother's compassion. And thank you for your work, our room was sparkling, it ✨ is not allowed to enter the rooms with shoes/slippers, but it is so clean that you can't afford to step everywhere:) We used both the pool and the common area. Everything was very pleasant and nice. It is definitely my advice to relax by having a quiet and calm time in the evening, we will come back next year 🤍🤍

The location of the house was very good, within walking distance to the bazaar, market, pharmacy ,restaurants. There were all the materials in the house, everything was thought out, everything was clean, we were very satisfied, we were very satisfied, thank you Mr. Volkan, see you next year

Lovely house! Spotless with a gorgeous outdoor area. We felt very much at home. You will need a car in this area to discover so much more of Cesme. So many great local restaurants you can walk to or the host can recommend others not far away.

We loved it because it is very easy to get to and in a nice place I can say that the interior of the house is perfect, there are all the amenities, there is nothing missing from kitchen supplies to an iron and ironing board, I recommend a place where everyone can be comfortable

First of all, I would like to thank the relevant person, Mr. Özkan. It was a nice vacation where we stayed with my family. The location of the house is ideally available with everything you want to reach. It was never uncomfortable because it was in a quiet neighborhood. The pool for the kids, the garden was nice for them to have fun and linger.

It was a great experience staying at this villa. The house is extremely clean, modern and spacious. The pool was where we had the most enjoyable moments of our vacation. It was close to the sea by car. Alacati was also very close by car. The host was very welcoming and helpful with everything. It was far above our expectations in terms of both location and amenities. We can't wait to stay again. Highly recommend!
