My parents were staying at the Mint Stay's place and thoroughly enjoyed their stay there. The apartment is very spacious, clean, well-furnished, and features breathtaking views. The building has a nice swimming pool and a good gym. The neighborhood is very walkable and has a lot of grocery stores and nice, cozy restaurants. Additionally, we want to thank Kevin from Mint Stay for being very responsive and helping us with the check-in and check-out.

We were very impressed by Madiha’s flat. Beautiful view and a very neat and clean apartment. Everything was in walking distance, shops and restaurants and a small but very adequate shopping mall. Good bathroom and a very comfortable bed. We stayed two weeks and were very sad to leave. We would love to come back.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Its even better than the pictures, the unit is designed well with lots of space and great amenities. Being connected to St Regis was wonderful we enjoyed the buffet for breakfast and beach is great as well. You feel part of the luxury 5star amenities while having this beautiful apartment. Host was wonderful always available and responsive. as we were traveling with two little kids, it was great to have a crib ready and a box of toys for them to play during our stay. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back.

Nice apartment in the range of apartment buildings. This building is closest to the beach but further away from grocery store. The walk to the beach is 1-2 minutes. If the water is too cold, you can access the swimming pool with warm water instead. Grocery store is in 3-5 minutes walk (Carrefour). The apartment has all the cooking facilities we needed and a nice TV

Feels like a true home. Very accessible and at the Heart of the Capital. I would definitely do it again. The host made it so simple and was very friendly to the point we went out to play paddle together!! The house easily fits 6 people. I slept at ease - very good mattress and cushions (great relief after all the steps we did in the city) Strongly recommend!

What a great place! Felt at home. So easy to find and access. Building feels in great shape with amazing and friendly neighbors! The proximity to the beach made it accessible for a night walk. Supermarket is right on the groundfloor level. Even assigned&secured parking spot is right next to elevators! Great great spot.
